We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe light switches were probably supposed to make things easier but, for me, it was harder. I don't want the main and bathroom lights on at the same time every time. Couldn't get the bathroom lights to turn on at all for a minute until I figured out the light switch recipe.
Reservation and check-in was easy. Front desk asked me if I needed the airport shuttle the next morning, helped me lock in a time and gave me a wakeup call so I didn't miss it.

Good for an overnight stay, close to the airport. The shuttle was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. There's a few restaurants around to eat at.

CanadaI messaged the hotel to ask how to catch the shuttle the day before I arrived but received no response, and could not call when I got there since I didn't have a SIM card for the US. I ended up taking a taxi which cost $25 (for only 3 miles since there is a flat rate zone). The room was really comfortable, however unfortunately I was near a large HVAC (?) or something just outside my window which was very loud and woke me up several times. I was there not even 12 hours so it was fine, but if I'd stayed longer I would have asked for a different room.
This hotel is very convenient to the airport for an overnighter. The check-in/out was extremely easy and staff were welcoming and informative. I appreciated the shuttle to the airport in the very early morning: easy to book, right on time and friendly driver.

Note to all who use the free shuttle: ADD time onto the pickup. this shuttle goes to about six other hotels, causing delays if you are not prone to going to the airport super early.

PolandRemember that there is a free airport transfer. We overlooked this information and walked and it turned out that there is no road for pedestrians. You either walk on the highway or through the swamp :)
Location very good: close to the airport, free shuttle provided. Near the hotel proximity to dining establishments and stores. Possibility to order meals with delivery. Room quiet and comfortable. Check-in and check-out seamless.
