Our room was extremely run down. Broken light switches, and furniture. The carpet was loose and bunched up and did not meet the tile going into the bathroom creating a tripping hazard. The blow dryer didn’t work, nor did the outlets for recharging my toothbrush.

The location wasn’t too far from where our family lives.

It wasn’t the cleanest and very out dated our room smelled like smoke horribly.. if we would have showed up earlier I would have wanted a refund! It’s hard for me and family members to breathe it smoke and pet rooms…

The room wasn't very clean. The bedding was clean but the floors and walls and the bathtub were not very clean. The bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way in one room and there was a few inch gap between the floor and bottom of bathroom door in our other room.

Bathroom door would not shut and the lock on it was broke dead bug on the floor, front door had a big gap between the door jam, only ice machine was at the front office.

Gated so no one could come in unless they had a room.

Complementary breakfast was poor, and make me sick with digestive problems. Laundry water too hot when machine was set for cold water. No one asked if I wanted a room upstairs or on ground floor.

Pricing and location was good. Near stores and parks. Easy to find.

The A/C was hard to monitor, but it was 100 degrees in SLC!

Easy to get to and on our route the next day. The restaurant right next door was the best food I ate on our whole 10 day trip, I appreciate the staff at the hotel letting us know of the restaurant.

There was a loud ruckus at 2:00 am in the morning. It woke me up but I ignored it. I think it might have been a homeless person. Breakfast was good but the friendliness of staff including the breakfast staff could use some improvement.

They need to update the rooms because the bathtub has a yucky stain and the bathroom looks so old.

A good place to stay it’s near to the airport.

The bathrooms were horrible, the pressure for water was terrible. Upon arrival they were still cleaning our room so my family and I ended leaving the facility so that they could ready our room. When we returned later that night, We noticed that the towels weren't fresh, the A/C did not work. We reported it to the front office. A staff member did come to our room and he fiddle with the A/C and got it to turn on for just a bit. And then it quit on us again. Then we were told that the pool would open in the morning at 9 am. So we got our kids ready for the pool, only to get there and find out if was closed for "cleaning" first and last time for us. But the staff was nice.

The staff was very friendly, I think the best thing about this place is the staff. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good.

It was located on a very busy street, hard to get into/out of the lot. The beds have no padding, only one mirror :(
