It was a little difficult to navigate to especially at night on unfamiliar roads. Small bath towels. Not much in the way of breakfast so skipped it entirely.

Front office was very friendly and helpful. Accommodated my request for ground floor and gave me restaurant recommendations. Bed was comfortable. Room has the basics including microwave and fridge.

We arrived after dark. Coming off the interstate, the intersection was confusing and the hotel was somewhat hidden down an access road. There was only a couple of drive thru fast food available nearby. We were wakened at 5am by the vehicle alarm outside our window. No breakfast at hotel, so drive thru again for that.

Reception was very friendly. Room was very clean, comfortable, and convenient to parking area. Price was very reasonable.

If you wanted a non-smoking room they charged an extra five dollars. In my experience almost all hotels have moved to non-smoking. Shouldn’t they charge the extra money if you are a smoker? Why penalize non-smokers??

The bathtub did not look clean. The smoking smell can be smelt all throughout the hotel. There were no elevators, and no breakfast was provided although it was advertised on booking.com

I liked the price for the room and the bed and floor in the main areas appeared to be clean.

Advertised breakfast was not provided. Sean explained the situation and it was understand. Still what is the problem? Other states, for instance Texas, is already providing breakfast again. Dont be the last ones! Was very disappointed about that. Would have given you a 10/10 if that had been provided.

The parking was the first Plus we saw of course. We were pulling a U-Haul. We had already asked for a refund from another Hotel because of several issues one of which was no parking for cars with trailer's. We also were overjoyed with Sean (spelling?) Who was pleasant, informative and fun! He helped ease our minds from what had already been a stressful process of finding a decent place to stay the night. We felt safe and secure and for my sister and I, who were traveling alone, that was very important. So Thank you! The rooms were perfect for the price. Great Job. Loved! loved! the fact there was NO CARPET in the room!

There was no elevator, which was annoying for someone traveling for 2 weeks with lots of luggage, I asked for a room on the lower floor but didn't get one. It smelled badly of weed.

The breakfast area was being remodeled, so there was no breakfast offered. It was a little difficult to find because it is located back from the street.

The check in was effortless and the room was spacious. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this motel for anyone traveling through Little Rock.

1st room we got had a very bad pee smell, i dont have words to describe how bad it was. Then i asked to switch the room. 2nd room which was also on the ground floor had same smell but a little less. Then we switched again and got a room on 2nd floor. That room had no smell but when we ran AC then we felt a slight smell but i opened the windows so we managed to survive that night. Staff had no answer to this issue. May be the AC coils are stinky and need a deep cleaning.

Check in took a while, no help with bags, room smelled, toilet and bathtub not clean, couch stained, internet and tv and phone went out and never came back on. For almost $80 I still expect a bit more from the experience.

The only thing I did not like was leaving two days early because I thought free accommodation waited. I ended up in a more expensive hotel not near as nice. The econo lodge staff had a real family feel about it.

Breakfast was fine, though not a full hot breakfast, and it was included.
