Friendly reception, comfortable beds

It was a little difficult to navigate to especially at night on unfamiliar roads. Small bath towels. Not much in the way of breakfast so skipped it entirely.

Front office was very friendly and helpful. Accommodated my request for ground floor and gave me restaurant recommendations. Bed was comfortable. Room has the basics including microwave and fridge.

No breakfast and didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner in the room. Would have been upset if I hadn’t brought my own with me.

We arrived after dark. Coming off the interstate, the intersection was confusing and the hotel was somewhat hidden down an access road. There was only a couple of drive thru fast food available nearby. We were wakened at 5am by the vehicle alarm outside our window. No breakfast at hotel, so drive thru again for that.

Reception was very friendly. Room was very clean, comfortable, and convenient to parking area. Price was very reasonable.

If you are on the second floor you will need to carry your bags upstairs- no elevator, if that’s an issue ask for 1st floor.

The bathtub did not look clean. The smoking smell can be smelt all throughout the hotel. There were no elevators, and no breakfast was provided although it was advertised on booking.com

I liked the price for the room and the bed and floor in the main areas appeared to be clean.

There was no elevator, which was annoying for someone traveling for 2 weeks with lots of luggage, I asked for a room on the lower floor but didn't get one. It smelled badly of weed.

Was charged for broken things that were broken when we checked in, beds were dirty no toilet paper in one if the rooms. Walls need painted to cover patched areas, flooring was replaced but instead of moving furniture they cut the carpet around it. And worst the hallways smelled so bad like weed that it made us sick to our stomachs to be in the hallway. It did not let up our entire stay... only one room had AC on when we arrived. Just so happened to be the room with no TP and broken items...

Nothing if their had been anything else available we would have asked for a refund and left on the first night. Just like the guy that was helped in front of me tried to do.

Felt itchy instantly couldn't sleep and the room had a stale smell. Breakfast was a joke!

1st room we got had a very bad pee smell, i dont have words to describe how bad it was. Then i asked to switch the room. 2nd room which was also on the ground floor had same smell but a little less. Then we switched again and got a room on 2nd floor. That room had no smell but when we ran AC then we felt a slight smell but i opened the windows so we managed to survive that night. Staff had no answer to this issue. May be the AC coils are stinky and need a deep cleaning.

Location was good. Easily accessible from highway.

Check in took a while, no help with bags, room smelled, toilet and bathtub not clean, couch stained, internet and tv and phone went out and never came back on. For almost $80 I still expect a bit more from the experience.

Marijuana smell in hallway could have been a guest just for that night, peeling paint on roof of shower.

Two kinds of cereal fruity pebbles and cheerios. Toast fruit and a nice tasting pastry, muffin, juices.

The only thing I did not like was leaving two days early because I thought free accommodation waited. I ended up in a more expensive hotel not near as nice. The econo lodge staff had a real family feel about it.

Breakfast was fine, though not a full hot breakfast, and it was included.

The smell... no smoking means no smoking!

The photos advertised made the place look decent but was not what was shown. The hotel is non-smoking but smelled horribly of marijuana and the linen had an odd smell. There were air purifiers throughout the halls and no elevator. Not very accommodating or comfortable.

Hotel very hard to find even with GPS. No breakfast what so ever except coffee Exit doors could not be accessed with room key

Clean and comfortable. Great wi-fi ! Had a frig and microwave as requested. Close to Walmart and Outlet Shopping Proximity to Highways made it easy to resume journey Free parking

I would like my money back from the rest of the night s that I didn’t stay there which was 4 nights.

I only stayed there one night and asked to be refunded my money back. Never received my refund which should have been provided considering I didn’t stay there due to strict rules.

It smelled like marijuana and smoke everywhere in the hotel , the staff was barely there when we were looking for them for help with the bathroom. The bathroom in our room had black spots and peeling base boards . The walls were so thin that it was hard to sleep let alone prep for our business trip. Even though we were in a smokeless room it was still so strong that it gave me and my crew head aches. The safety latch was about ready to fall off the hinges definitely ensuring a lack of safe feel.

I still have not received the deposit back on my card yet the staff was rude we reserved a king suite and was given a king handicap and charged the same when asked about it before we left yesterday morning the staff acted like we were retarded it was a total waste of my money will not go back thinking about not even going to another econo Lodge
