You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI waited over an hour to check in. One morning I waited about 40 minutes for waffles due to several kids being in the area and was then told that breakfast was closed. The house keeper never asked to change our linen. We had to ask for clean towels daily. Loitering area the property. Broken sink/property damage. I asked the lady at the front desk to follow up on a discount that was promised to me and she refused to do it.
I liked that the room had air conditioning and clean linen.

United StatesWhen hotels do these renovations, they need to renovate all the way, including fixing the doors, better cleaning, new fixtures, etc. And a $150 deposit for incidentals is ridiculous. That’s more than twice the cost of what our 1 night stay cost, and I’ll be making sure every cent is given back to us.

United StatesThe place was dirty and falling apart. My AC was leaking water and the floor was soaking wet. I stayed like that for days before they switched my room. All the ice machines but one were broken so we had to keep going to the first floor for ice. The breakfast selection was extremely poor.
