Well, not every day we had room service for cleaning and housekeeping. I would suggest having a better coffee machine (the barista one) to be more efficient during the morning.

The people were exceptional, very caring and kind. The vibe and interior design are also very nice, and very comfy! Less than 10 min walking to the beach through the park, is a very enjoyable waking.

A chair in the room would have been nice, if even to put the extra bed pillows on instead of having to put them on the floor.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. This place, while not "on the beach" really exceeded my expectations. There was entertainment every evening and the facility was very clean and comfortable. And on top of all this, the price per night was very reasonable, especially as compared to nearby properties. It was only a short walk to the beach, the main shopping streets, and restaurants.

The bump it was dangerous to my head. The TV stopped working, and your maintenance man didn’t fix it. The hotel refunded some of my money because of death. I would like to see you expand and make a eating area and lounge.

Valet only parking situation.

The location made for easy access to the highway and airport using a vehicle. It was also only a 10-15 minute walk to Waikiki beach.

We were originally in a corner room. Nice view, clean, ok size. It was very windy at the time of our visit and all the glass was a little concerning because of a little rattling. Went to front desk and requested a move. They were very accommodating and friendly about it all.

The room was really small, we had two carry-ons and one large suitcase and we could only open one at a time, keeping the other two in the small closet. The kettle was too big/not user friendly.

Great location and really nice view from the room (Partial Ocean view). I particularly enjoyed the chairs and small table on the balcony. The bed was really comfortable. I also appreciated their effort to be more eco-friendly (e.g., refillable water bottles).

Extremely comfortable beds. Excellent location- convenient to everything in Waikiki. Close to the bus stops and ABC stores. A real find, considering that few guidebooks mention this property.

The valet parking is too expensive and it’s difficult to find street parking around the hotel. For most of the days we were lucky enough to find one, so if you’re staying here and you’re renting a car, make sure you know where you plan to park.

The location is very good as main street is within 5 min walking, and the beach is only 15 min walking distance away! The welcoming free beer everyday at 4-5pm is a good refreshment and the morning free hot tea/ small drip of coffee is also nice!

Not too far away from Waikiki Beach, or the other direction was a short walk to Ala Moana or Walmart. Rooms were very spacious, huge Bathroom!

The breakfast is limited. Not real coffee. Just poured black coffee with bad taste. It would have been better to have real espresso or latte.
