Was not informed (possibly forgot, but it also wasn't posted on the site) that the hotel was a no contact hotel. Not a big issue, but maybe something to notify guests when they arrive how to check in is all it would need.

Property was clean and quiet. It was convenient to get around the area, i.e. the beach, casinos, shopping areas, etc. The tub and fireplace were very nice and relaxing. The bed and room in general were comfortable and spacious.

Emails, messages through booking.com AND texts are a bit much. Could've sufficed with just messages through the booking agency, booking.com. Especially when coming from abroad.

I loved the size, cleanliness, and comfort of the bed/room. It had all the basic necessities you needed. A table for eating, disposables plates and utensils, paper towel.. they also had a keurig. The location is great for staying in South Lake Tahoe. It’s contactless and easy check in and check out process. The room was comfortably ventilated. The small window in the bathroom was kept open which I liked and it let the cool air in.

Great quality for the price ! Great location, response time was quick and contactless check-in was nice. They accommodate an early check in . Kiddos to the establishment on their customer service and on their upkeep to the Hotel . Major kiddos to the house keeping who have rooms clean ! The added touches like towels folded resort style, microwave, refrigerator, microwave , iron , hair dryer , table/chair in corner of room and fireplace were a great touch ! Wood floors were nice and Husband even said you can tell sheets and pillows were washed as they smelled wonderful ! Bed was very comfortable and would highly recommend for couples stay or family stay was very quite and peaceful ! Don't have a pool but that's why you come to Lake Tahoe for the Lake ! They have way more added amenities inside rooms than hotels and resorts that are twice the price in the area ! Will be back and will highly recommend to Family & Friends ! Thank you for making our first trip to Lake Tahoe with an Infant comfortable and enjoyable !

Although shower works well, it's a bit high for us short folks who don't want to have to hold hand piece. Not certain there was a safe in the room, if not, it would be a good idea. We don't all take our laptops on a hike!

Quiet, comfortable, no key worries, very clean room, nice open lounge area upstairs. Like the concept of calling for clean towels, etc., if necessary.

The cost was more than we normally pay for a hotel, but location, location, location.

We visited in mid-August. We booked the king suite for the huge bathtub, which we used everyday and loved it. The bed was big and comfy. The kitchenette and dining table was just right for a long weekend. The location is great - walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shopping and Lakeside beach.

If I had to say something negative about the room, it would be getting it cooled off to where we could sleep comfortably. But that was mainly because the sun set on the front of the building and it shine through the glass doors. We did get it cooled down and it was perfect.

It is a great value for the money. I love the sleek decor of the room. It had everything we needed for an overnight stay, plus more. The staff was so good to keep me informed of when our room was available, and the specific code needed to unlock our door. They made me feel like they really cared about us. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Noise….we were in #4 and at 5 in the morning we were awakened by what sounded like moving furniture…very loud.

We were on the main level. There is no carpet on any of the floors, so people walking around above us was very noisy. The building is a refurbished, older building, so there wasn't much insulation from noise coming from other rooms, especially above us. We could hear people talking.

I’m not sure if all rooms have a rimless shower, but the bathroom floor gets all wet and you have to be very careful not slip. We were on the first floor and you have constantly hear people walking above. The white down comforter was dirty.

We needed more pillows so we called the phone number they gave us (no reception on site) but nobody answered. Also the faucet in the bathroom needed to be replaced.
