United StatesSome of the staff weren't polite. I greeted them and got no response. I'm not sure if they don't speak English, but I believe the hotel should ensure that they understand basic English words, greetings etc. Otherwise, everything else went well. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great! It's within close proximity to great attractions like the Wax Museum, the showboat, the Opry House and shopping centers.

United StatesThe hallways are so noisy I can hear people slamming doors laughing screaming, the walls are paper thin and the entrance door to room isn’t insulated u hear everything a bit annoying the staff what’s very nice specially the girl checking in., however the white girl in the morning shift was very rude and condescending. Not to me off course, I would have put her in her place. She was yelling at some customers to move their luggage because it was in their way. Not ok to talk to customers in a scolding manner I witnessed this and I felt uncomfortable it

United KingdomBreakfast attendant Jenny was quite helpful but the rest of the staff was neither pleasant nor unpleasant. The breakfast was average. 3 cars got broken into during the second night although parked in front of the premises. We got lucky but we feel sorry for the other travellers.

United StatesThe TV remote in the room is ridiculous! I had to have front desk rep come up and check it. Only to find out it was functioning "normally". But, due to the location of the box, I had to stand in the center of the room and hold the remote over my head to get the Directv to work. Could not change channels or look at guide from bed at all. The wifi was spotty and left a bit to be desired. Parking was good, but there should be designated areas for people with oversized vehicles & trailers to park so they don't take up all the spaces for other guests.
The room was huge, beds were comfortable. Room was well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Decent location with pretty easy parking. Breakfast was really good for a hotels free breakfast. I liked the free coffee, lemon water and popcorn in the lobby. Bathroom was spacious and clean. I did notice the "dirty" carpet so many mention. Carpet in my room was brand new, so I think maybe it's dye from the new carpet transferring. Overall I really liked this hotel and will stay again.

Great location. Loved the king size bed. Breakfast was good. The night we arrived the toilet seat was loose and they came right up and fixed it. Everything was great except the carpet. Would definitely stay again.

IrelandIf you don’t have a car it’s impossible to get to and from as public transport isn’t great in Nashville which was a bit annoying having to spend money on Ubers if and when we wanted to enjoy the nightlife
