We really enjoyed the room, the location, and the water view we did have.

Not the fault of resort but middle of night 12amto 3 pm I was jolted awake but loud shouting and cheers. It continued on and off for 3 hours. I was 7nable to reach front desk, knocked on door of room but guests did not answer. This was the exception, our other two nites were so comfortable and pleasant. Housekeeping missed our room one day but we got clean towels from desk, not a big deal but missed our morning in room coffee.

The fitness center is poorly equipped (zero weights or resistance equipment) and not one of the cardio machines worked.

If you like being close to the beach, this location is perfect. You can easily walk across the street and be on First (Easton's) Beach in minutes. From there, you can head to the Cliff Walk. Certain rooms at the hotel even have a water view.

The value for the price of the stay was pretty off but because of the large event in town everyone has come to expect an increase in rates.

The stay was very good. Room was pretty basic but filled my needs. Location was nice, lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Bad WiFi service. Did not work in the room. Worked in hallway. Beds very high. Get rid of ifit on treadmill. Very hard to access manually. Need cushions on veranda area. Otherwise very uncomfortable.

Location by the water. Pool. Microwave. Coffee every day. Clean room.

The reception greeting and helpfulness could be improved. Asked about recommendations on places to eat and was told to go to the restaurant in the hotel and was pointed towards a table with a flyer. TV connection was loose and had to constantly tighten it. There were a lot of appliances on one wall power outlet (tv, microwave, fridge, lamp, Roku box, etc). Not sure how safe that is. Bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. Have more places to hang things. Especially, considering people go to the beach.

It has a little trolley that’s really useful with young children with lots of suitcases. The lounge and sun deck are a great addition. We used it to have snacks with the kids. In addition, complementary coffee and tea from 6 am- 12 pm. Washer and dryer are available for 2.50$/each. Within a 3 minute walk to Easton Beach. Cleaning staff is impeccable. Room decent size. Table, microwave and mini fridge included.

We got a suite in the second building so had to walk across the street to get to the other property with the sundeck. It was still worth it but just a bit inconvenient as the path is also not easily accessible with a crosswalk or something.

Beautiful sun deck and amazing location. It was the perfect place to watch the sunset and just enjoy the outside. The hotel is just so adorable too!

The tub lacked a usable grab bar. There was one next to the tub behind the door which served no purpose. We had one breakfast and one dinner at the hotel's restaurant, Tickets. Breakfast was tasty but came out lukewarm. Prime rib special for dinner was thin cut and tough. We had better meals at The Atlantic Grille a short distance down the street.

The layout is different with the entrance being on the ground floor, the lobby on the next floor so you only see staff at check in and check out. There is an elevator. Our room had a good view of Atlantic Beach across the street. The beds were comfortable. Small table and chairs to eat or work at.

Wifi was intermittent at times in the Suites building, and there's no breakfast option.

Location was great - only a 10 to 15 mins drive to the mansions and downtown Newport. Room size of the 2 king suite was very good and water pressure was great. Coffee and tea were available 24/7 at the lobby. Staff were helpful when I had some issues with the WIFI. Housekeeping was quick and efficient - they came by everyday.

It is nothing the hotel can change, but it is a shame that heavy traffic is just below/outisde the hotel.

The place is clean, nice and really close to the Atlantic! Facilities are very generous, great parking and very nice that there is a lounge for guests.
