The verandah was a great place to sit in the evening as the sun was going down. The kitchenette and games room was another area good for relaxing in. The rooms were a nice size. All the things you need when travelling were available. Kim is a perfect host.

The mattress was too soft. I don’t care for memory foam mattresses. I prefer a standard mattress. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

Lovely breakfast of egg soufflé and avacado toast, fruit , coffee and juice The B and B is beautiful, modern,clean and lovingly decorated with interesting art and , wall panels, decorations, just a knockout Bed comfortable , modern bathroom , great shower The place is a few minutes from Main part of downtown flagstaff The owner is lovely and helpful with any questions Wish we had more time to spend here and highly recommend 303 Band B

The wooden bed frame in our room invited bruises. BUT , there are so many wonderful things about this place that I would gladly accept a little bruise or two.

The gourmet breakfast was exceptional. It was so delicious! Kim also pays attention to every detail imaginable. She was a phenomenal host and was always willing to do whatever it took to assure we had an amazing stay!

Breakfast was super yummy and our bed and pillows were very comfortable too! Our host Kim, was wonderful and so helpful. We needed to ship out some packages after our wedding and she allowed us to use her printer, packing tape and measuring tape! She went above and beyond for us.

I was in the room next to the washer and dryer, and the room shook when someone used those appliances. There is a rule in place, No laundry from 9 pm to 8 am., but before that you were going to get some shaking in the purple room.

I was in the purple room. It was very clean and nicely decorated...lots of purple. There was lovely art on the walls. There was a separate room with microwave, fridge, games, and books.

We got in late so didnt meet our host til the next morning. Entry was easy with the door code and the room was beautiful and welcoming. Kim was so friendly and accommodating when we got to know her at breakfast. U rarely find a b n b these days that actually offers breakfast so this was a specially nice feature and the breakfast was delicious! We probably would have enjoyed joining other guests for breakfast. Its always fun to meet new people. We also enjoyed the unique decor at 303 bnb. There were just interesting pieces and wall decor everywhere.
