Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe didn't mind the loud music from below and it ends around 10:30 PM, but some guests might be disturbed by it. Everything around the outside of the property is unfinished construction so we will likely not return until 2nd Street and surrounding buildings are finished.
The transformation of this building after the street bomb is very nice. Great location to Broadway but 2nd Street is closed and under major construction so very dirty and difficult walking outside the property. Loved the rooftop lounge.

United StatesWe didn’t care for the view of parking garage and road construction. But location was key factor and clean new rooms were a huge plus
The location of the hotel is very good right in downtown walking distance to everything. The view from our room was out to the road being fixed so that was not great but once we understood what happened there in 2020 on the road we didn’t let it bother us. Try to relocate to riverside, but cost was too much so we stayed which was good because close to exit the coffee machine at entrance is Awesome!!!!! There is also a Keurig in your room. Coffee is supplied throughout the day, which is awesome. Specialty coffee I should say the girl at office was very helpful with check in cause App. Wasn’t working on my phone? The upper deck outside was nice but was a bit steamy so only set up there early morning. I will check availability at Studio's 154 when in town again.

United StatesDisappointed that we booked a room with a balcony space only to get there and find out that the space was enclosed varying from the online photos- windows had been installed. Still a nice space to have coffee in the morning and sit outside at night, the windows opened, but it was not a true balcony, but a sunroom or patio. Being that it was between 87 and 93 degrees in the afternoon, and it was not temperature controlled aside from a ceiling fan, it was uncomfortable to go out there unless it was early morning or after the sun went down as there was no breeze being enclosed in glass like that.
Great location with a beautiful view of the river! Spacious room with two comfortable king beds, large bathroom, kitchenette, and mini bar. Starbucks coffee (fresh ground) was free and offered on each floor. Virtual check-in and no front desk hassle.

United StatesBeds were absolutely comfortable so was the bedding. Best sleep I’ve ever had and I have insomnia so that says something! Amazing Starbucks coffee machine in the morning for use in main area with an assortment of different creamers and sugar. Beautiful hotel, clean, and the location couldn’t be any closer to main bars/ food/shops. Literally 2-3 blocks down if that! Amazing stay! 10/10 would recommend

Clean, great location for the music scene! Rooftop deck was great. Coffee set-up on third floor was nice once we found it. Checking in and getting help with booking was great. Clean and comfortable.
