Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomNowhere to hang any clothes. The key to the room is done on an app so you need WiFi which I wasn’t able to get initially which caused a bit of stress on arrival as there is no one there to check in with after a certain time.
Lovely stylish rooms and a good size. The roof top is so nice with fantastic views of the river. Location is perfect for all the bars. They are pedestrianising outside so there is some roadworks going on at present but didn’t affect our stay and it will make it even better when it’s finished.

United KingdomThe fire alarm went off early, the staff that were there didn't have a clue what to do and we stood outside until the Fire Dept. checked the building and said it was a fault on a sensor. Even though the front desk is not permanently manned there should be someone that is able to deal with this situation.
The hotel is positioned perfectly! Using the app to get into the building an then into the room was a breeze! The rooms are exactly like the pictures, we were very happy with the room! Tea, coffee etc is free on each floor and good quality beans freshly ground. Everything is nearby that you would want to visit. We all loved this hotel!
