“SCAM *** beware they charged me about 50$USD in extra for fees and taxes while booking website stated it was supposed to be all included. They then proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t reimburse the extra charge (fees and taxes) and that I should make a claim with booking.com which I did, and they replied to them that the had refunded me (!) and that the difference was because of currency (!!) which is all false and I have both the email and screenshot from the time of reservation to prove it. WATCHOUT, do not book this place. I can’t believe how the administration is dealing with this. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Big scam.”
