“One of the receptionist guy was not helpful. The very Tall one when we were stranded on getting taxi to our conference. He refused to help. But the ladies were nice. Also no complimentary breakfast offered in the property, despite taking 50usd caution fee, refundable on checkout.
Those were our experience. Unpleasant Tall man not willing to help. Manager unable to communicate in English too.”
