I requested a roll away bed and I was thru email that I could not be accomadated.
I called the same day for an explanation or another room I was told there were no roll away beds . I told the lady I wanted to cancel she told me ok she would take care of it . A few days later it was a charge on my card . I called several times and I was told it would be taken care of , nothing ever happend so I contacted them again weeks later and spoke to a mangler and she told me that she has no record of cancellation and it was no call no show . The hotel refuses to give a refund and they were very nasty about it”
“Lorenzo and Juan (frontdesk) greeted my husband and I, and they were AMAZING! Super super friendly, kind and proffessional, we arrived a bit early and they had zero problem allowing a slightly earlier checkin (I probably looked extremely rough and in need of a shower 😁), they took their time explaining where the hot spots were, and I felt the sincerity of their attention. They made out stay most enjoyable.
Wifi = Super fast and stable
Room = Impeccable
Mattress = Firm (my husband has a tender back, and the bed was perfect)
Noise Level = Room is well insulated, slept like a baby
Shower = Warer pressure and heat, 10's
