“The man at the desk checked me in after checking my wife in previously (about 30 mins prior), and before he gave me my key card, he said no, wait, let me see some ID to make sure I am who I said I was and that it was possible someone could of heard my wife say that she would be in 302 and claimed to be me. I was really appreciative of that. It was really security minded, and I made sure to tell him that as well. In these crazy times, it was refreshing to see someone be so aware of what could happen and be that mindful.”
