We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The kitchen and restaurant staff were lovely and helpful! Generally, the staff was great. The rooms were very well-appointed, the AC was wonderful, patio quite cute, and beds comfortable. Please don't charge guests $15 USD for a trip to the airport that the hotel should comp - this amount is more than it would cost in the US. While the bathroom was nice, the hot water was very inconsistent and did not work on my first night. I know this can happen in Uganda, but I would rather have hot water and a very basic shower than a fancy shower with cold water. Location is a little tricky, especially for foreigners. Crossing the road to go to Victoria Mall is very dangerous.

BelgiumEveryday there are swimming lessons for children who are not staying at the hotel. This causes that the entire afternoon there is a lot of noise, running, children splashing. So if you want to relax by the pool I don’t recommend this hotel. Also when the sun sets there are like a million spiders coming on your little terrace which makes sitting outside not pleasant. They have a rooftop bar but the seats are very low and not pleasant to eat at. And the spider problem is there as well. So eat at the rooftop restaurant during daylight.
The rooms were well kept, the WiFi worked great, also the air conditioning was really nice! They have a nice pool as well. There was an issue with my shower and they moved me to another room and upgraded me. The staff was really nice, helpful, always ready to listen or help you with anything. The food was amazing!

ColombiaMy room faced a building were some work was being done, so it was a bit noisy. The desk chair was a bit dirty.
All the staff, receptionist, hotel bellboy, and waiters, were very kind and helpful! The food was also great, I tried a paneer tikka masala and it was superb. Across the street you can find a lot of craft shops, very handy for some last-minute shopping. Photos are also very accurate.

NamibiaWe would have preferred a walk-in shower instead of the luxurious large bath tub and perhaps more space to put our toiletteries. Also a larger double sink would have been nice.
The hotel has an excellent location very close to Entebbe airport and near two malls as well as the Botanical Gardens. Our room had a wonderful terrace with a view of Lake Victoria. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel shuttle was punctual and the driver charming and a great help to get in and out of the airport quickly. There is a wonderful terrasse on top of the building with great views and the restaurants serves the most amazing curries. We can't wait to go back!
