The hotel is very well located (close to Arkadia beach and its retaurants, bars and clubs). The room was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only problem you might face is a frown face of the security downstairs. They work for the building and don’t care about the hotel guests so just be ready for this. They are not helpful neither nice. One thing you need from them is to start the elevator to get to the hotel floor for check in but once you are checked in and got the fob you don’t bother them anymore :)

It’s a small hotel with about 12 rooms in total (if I am not mistaken). It is located on the last floor of 20 story new building complex in Arcadia district. It’s close to the sea, Ibiza & Itaka clubs and other places of interests in Arcadia. Also it’s a walking distance to Gagarin Mall which has supermarket inside. The room is spacious and has an amazing bonus - balcony with a sea view! Also the bathroom is pretty big for this type of the hotel. They also offer breakfast for additional 150 UAH And the biggest thanks goes to the stuff! Victoria and Vasilisa were extremely friendly and hospitable! ❤️

It has everything you need and it’s certainly worth the price you pay. I like that the hotel is on its own dedicated floor inside of a big residential building. It’s easy to hail a cab and go anywhere from the hotel.

Nothing to like unless you enjoy Kyryll, a receptionist, and his sadistic comments I had a serious fall down the stairs and he told me it was my fault. Luckily this is recorded on audio. . They have a warning sign placed in the corner, which nobody sees, and these dangerous steps are the hotel's legal responsibility.. I stayed there a long TIME. On the one occasion I had a meeting in the reception I was told it was forbidden because there was a girl sprawled across the seats sleeping at 11am. . I offered to pay in advance and the girl ( named Kay) refused the money and told me to pay Kyryll the next day At 6pm same day the thuggish owner told me I had 1 hour to leave the hotel or pay immediately for the next day . I phoned the police and explained that everything is recorded on audio and video by me..the police said the hotel could not break the agreement and force me out in any circumstances. I am a volunteer from England here in Ukraine since the start of the war NB ..After 6pm you are alone .they don't bother with any security in the hotel, and nobody works there from 6pm - 9am. I was physically Attacked in the hotel reception witnessed by the girl receptionist. It was an attempted robbery. This happened because there is zero security The police are going to examine the CCTV footage. Don't stay here in Horizon unless you want to be treated with contempt . And!!! THERE IS ZERO WIFI OR 4G,and at night we all huddled on the balcony in an attempt to obtain an internet connection . The reply from Horizon may dispute these facts, but I was forced to call the police, and absolutely everything is recorded on video and audio.

It was a bit cold as AC were turned off for tech maintenance. Bed was not really comfortable and noise isolation was very poor, you can clearly here other guest noises

I came from Kyiv for one night. First of all everything was ok. In the morning electricity shut down. I complained they said that will fixed soon. Nothing changed. Than I wanted to take a shower Water also was shut down! I was shocked. No electricity no water. I asked to pay back. They did not want to pay. Half hour argued about this situation. I told that hotel should worry about client not own pocket. Hardly take back part of my payment. I do not recommend Noone!!!

There were some stains on walls and dead flies were trapped in the sheers up by the ceiling. I found a few hairs on the bed, pillowcases had stains. Overall bed sheets looked like they were washed.

Bathrooms were clean, the room was spacious. Close to the beach. The staff was amazing!

the bed wasn't very comfortable and the windows were very high from the floor, so you don't have access on the view unless you climb a chair or from the bathroom. also the hotel is in a top floor of a building.

The staff was super friendly but they don't speak english. The room was spacious and clean, it has sky view. it is 10 minutes walk from arcadia.

One towel was a little dirty

The location and all another’s were good, but I think for this price hotel could have provided the toothbrushes and more towels, shampoo.
