HungaryWe didn't find anything really wrong. I didn't enjoyed the conversation during the reservation process: it was possible to communicate only in Ukrainian. The registration supposed to follow some links, without the option to do it in other languages. I asked them to send information in English, but it was without any results. Google did the job, and finally we had an excellent stay. The second weakness of the hotel, is related to the spa section. Same to the first remark, this is not really significant issue, but still worth to mention is. Maybe in the spa section it would be advisable a better surveillance and staff presence. A spa should be a place of relaxation. Here that was not the case. Almost every day there were noisy quests, mostly from the nearby Romania. they were jumping in the pool -ignoring the signs and the presence of other quests (including children) in the pool. We were not really disturbed by that, but we had some concerns about the safety of some guests (including of the jumping fellows). These are the two reason why this hotel is only an 8, but in reality -if we analyze the things that really matter- probably they deserve a 10.
Everything was OK. Best price quality ration recently experienced. The staff at the reception was really polite and efficient. The room was large, clean, warm. The spa, the location, the breakfast, the WI-FI was exceeding our expectations. It's a really good hotel.

The hotel is great and very clean. Location is good, almost in center. Very delicious and variative breakfast. There are live music in restaurant on friday and saturday. I recommend to have a massage, lady more than 20 years of experience. The SPA is good, there are 3 saunas.

UkraineWiFi is opened network, I would like to see more security. If you want to work while you are here, take care about your connectivity beforehand. Internet was not so good as we were promised, not enough speed for work, only for social media and YouTube. Not the best sound isolation in our room, as it was very close to the elevator and every time when it stopped on our floor we heard the sound. Thanks God, people don`t need to use elevator a lot during night so we had a good sleep. They don`t give an iron to your apartment, so you need to go down to the Laundry room and wait in line for your turn to iron your clothes, only one iron, come on! In addition, it was not the best quality iron as it was burnt off. So when I was ironing my white t-shirt (on the lowest temperature) an iron left some marks on it and I needed to wash it after that! Not the best experience at all. I`m sure the hotel of this level and with such expensive rooms can afford to have few irons and to care about them more. What`s important, never give them your white clothes to wash!!! I had plans in the city after this vacation, so I needed clean clothes. I left it at the reception. When my clothes were returned I was shocked😱😱😱 They washed my shiny white shirt (and a few other white items) with the black clothes and it became gray. I told the receptionist about that, and he just started looking at my laundry and repeating "That`s not possible, they always wash white and black separately" and that's all. No apology, no sorry for ruining my clothes 🤯 Lucky for them this shirt was just from a mass market and not an expensive brand. Lucky for me I didn't give them good branded clothes. Otherwise there could be a conflict.
Nice swimming pool, lovely spa zone, comfortable rooms (I guess newly renovated). Yummy breakfast with really wide variety of dishes. I recommend you to order sushi, they are the best here - with a lot of high-quality salmon. Waiters were always polite and with wide smiles on their faces even after 10-12 hours on their feet. The location is cool, not far away form the lifts to the mountains.

UkraineThe booking process is horrible, it's not enough for the hotel to guarantee the reservation with a bank card in the Booking. They pester you with messages about the need to pay on a third-party service, or make a bank transfer, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. I several times talked to the manager and explained that I could not pay via partmone service because I have a U.S. bank card and they do not allow payment for services that do not have a ZIP code field. The manager said that they would figure it out but I again received the same message that I had to make an advance payment. I ended up having to ask my friends to prepay. During the high season the location of the hotel is very uncomfortable, you have to stand in traffic 20-40 minutes each way, the cab will cost you 150-500UAH one way. There are no stores or restaurants near the hotel, you have to go to Bukovel for everything. The price of the hotel does not match the location, for the same money you could book a hotel right in Bukovel.

Cyprusinside: rooms offer no safe for valuables, no bags and price list for laundry, shampoo and shower gel are supplied in some low volume plastic pockets (clearly not enough to satisfy shower visit of one person let alone family), there are no shelves in the shower zone for shampoo/gel, so you have to keep those plastic pockets in hands. SPA is only accessible through the general hall/reception zone, so you have no privacy and always exposed to cold drafts from opening entry door (especially in winter) and to surprised looks from arriving guests. outside: there were heavy snowfalls during our stay and the parking zone was not cleaned from snow at all - if you are not a driver of a SUV you might have had some hard times parking in the snowdrifts, besides you and all of your passengers would have to almost swim to the entrance to the hotel.

LatviaSPA could be better, Jacuzzi was very simple and worked only 15minutes and then it had pause for 15 minutes, not really what I expect. I expect that Jacuzzi is working constantly. SPA area could have some bar or something, otherwise it felt very plain and SPA was pretty much why we chose the hotel. Breakfast could be better to be honest... Also parking lot could be cleaned more often as I had situations where I almost stuck with the car.
great hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff. Good food in the restaurant, however, not the breakfast. Ski rental in hotel is very good, had freestyle ski's that is not that common. Hotel is located in close proximity to heart of Bukovel which is very good, however, you have to take the car, otherwise there is no pathways for pedestrians.

United KingdomThere wasn't a great variety on the dinner menu, perhaps some western dishes, sorry I'm Canadian. The overhead shower didn't work, but the handheld one did, we mentioned it to reception and they said to just lift the lever up, but tried that and it didn't move at all.
We liked the breakfast buffet, all fresh and a good variety to choose from. The room was pleasant and comfortable.

I even don’t talk about bathroom supplement 4. poor breakfast with no organized area 5. staff talks in Russian, but we have a law on public places, but okay. 6. 1 elevator for entire hotel 🤦🏻♀️ 7. bathrobe for additional payment and was damaged 8. stupidly designed shower that makes entire room wet sorry, but this cannot be 4 ⭐️ hotel, you even have no clue about it. super disappointed trip.

Estoniasound issue - some walls should be thicker. Ventilation - we had only roof window and then in shower there was ventilator. Taxi to the center and slopes were 150-200 grivnas = 5 to 6 € . In Finish sauna there wasn't anything to throw a water on heater.
Altogether nice hotel. Nice clean rooms, great spa area with saunas and pool etc. Good restaurant. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good ski rental (but no snowboard) but it was good that we got our snowboards from nearby rental and we had a free change to keep them in hotel rental rooms. Rent itself was aprox. 10 €/day.
