You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

UkraineOne recommendation for the hotel - it would be nice to change towels, as they were not really white. I believe that they are clean but a bit greyish. Identical to the bed cover. The bed linens, by the way, were new and perfectly clean; for me, it's more important.
The hotel has an excellent location in the park. It's pretty small but has its own comfortable size parking, which is rare in Lviv. I had a window to the park, so really fresh air and birds' songs were included :) What else - the big warm room, good internet, and big bathroom with bath, robe, and slippers. It was a good stay.

Friendly reception staff, clean rooms and great location, the park in which the hotel is located is superb! We were provided with a baby cot, which was very comfortable and clean.

ColombiaEverything. Especially the zero cleaning standards, which are a 0/10. Very dirty and disgusting rooms. Virtually no cleaning in the conventional sense. Dirty toilet bowl, bathroom, carpets....etc. Everything was nasty.
Receptionists were ok and smiling. Location was ok and strategically close to the city center. It's 15-20 minutes by Uber to almost any place from the hotel.
