The hotel is not too far from the main highway and as such in an excellent location when travelling into Ukraine if you have to stop just inside the border (sometimes the border crossing can cause delays in onwards journeys etc). The facilities are good with plenty of parking, guards on sight and all seems pretty secure. The reception staff were really helpful and we were taken to our rooms by staff who helped show us the way as these were in an annex. The rooms were comfortable and warm with comfortable beds and an adequate bathroom. The restaurant was clean and cosy with staff who were, again, willing to help (not many English speakers in this part of Ukraine). We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was fresh and tasty with an extensive menu. Drinks and deserts were great!

The family room with a balcony does not actually have a real balcony. This was only a so called french balcony that you cannot use.

The quality of the matrass

Hotel is very well located between to border checkpoints - Korchova and Grushiv. 30 minutes to travel to any of them. Good parking and secured, good restaurant, nice and helpful stuff

For a budget hotel, the place is outstanding. The staff the customer service is that of a four or five star hotel, I’m not exaggerating. There is a delicious free breakfast for all guests. The menu is diverse, and the quality of the food is outstanding… very peaceful, and pleasant experience for me.

This hotel provided me with the rest that was much needed after one and a half years of constant work during a time of war. Even after only a one night stay, I felt refreshed and rested. If you're planning to cross the border in the morning, consider this hotel as a good choice. It's just a 30-minute drive from the border, and while the rooms are modest, they are clean. Additionally, you have the option to order dinner for delivery to your room. I highly recommend it!

Payment was for 4-bed room, breakfast included. Garson @ restaurant decline our request to serve a meal for 4 persons, as paid in advance. He's offered to serve just for those who actually came to the breakfast. Is it normal? In fact we've paid more for additionally requested meal.

Nothing to complain about, I liked the hotel.

I was staying in the Arta Hotel for the first time. It is a very good hotel, with private parking, comfortable rooms and a restaurant. The room (#102) on the ground floor was very clean, large and comfortable, equipped with everything necessary for your stay (however, fridge-minibar was empty). Staff is very polite and helpful. I liked the hotel and its price/performance. Free W-Fi in the room was very fast, good for work.

The road to the hotel off the main road that leads to the krakovets border is concrete and rough. But that's not the hotel's fault. It was so unexpected to see such a nice hotel on that road, though i thought I had taken a wrong turn.. But the hotel was not like the rough road. Also, the gated parking to the hotel was full at midnight. But there was 1 spot for me outside the gate at the restaurant, which sits in front of the hotel on that rough road.

It was clean, modern, and well lit. The staff was ready for guests at midnight. There was a lot of staff. Parking lot, lobby, desk. I felt welcomed. I did not have to wait to check in. A coffee machine is in the lobby. And there was a lift. The hotel was new and modern facilities. Everything is first class. And there is a lot of art hanging on walls. And comfortable seating in common areas. The room had an electronic key. There was a tea pot and water and tea with sugar in the room. And there was a rain shower. Toothbrush, slippers, and shower cap were provided. Best of all the bed was very comfortable. Also there is electric car parking and charging in front of the restaurant out on the main road.
