The staff are very friendly and they went further and beyond their normal duties to be able to provide a wonderful stay in the accommodation . The people are so friendly and authentic which made the stay even more grateful

I think our room had years from the last renovation. The photos from booking are from the 2-3 rooms closer to the sea. The " sea -view " is on the shared balcony ( = access hall).

The location was very clean and cosy. I like the architecture and decorations : local rustic style . The personal were very attentive, kind, always smiling.

For the price of the junior suite I would have expected better maintenance - we had a double shower but only one was working and a few more amenities e.g. shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc.

Great location the car park was not too far from the property, the view from the balcony was beautiful, the staff were really helpful and welcoming.

Despite the room we had (Ocean view Suite) was clean and was being well cleaned every day, it extremly requires rennovation. The most of furniture and room/bathroom equipment was very old, not properly working and must be changed. The beach life near the hotel was quite active and noisy with a "fish market" at about 6am every morning where locals bought fish (in fact, it can be even interesting if you don't sleep) and with a DJ who worked at the restaurant next door. It was not an issue for us but can be a problem if you need silence.

Location was great, if you look for a small authentic place to feel real charm of the tropical paradise. The view from the Ocean view Suite was amazing. White-sand beach with the ocean entrance was just in some steps down. Tides were calm enough and didn't make serious problems - you can swim smoothly most of the time. The room was clean. The hotel's restaurant was good and there were some ones around. The hotel's staff was extremley friendly and did their best. It was a real pleasure. Special thanks to Noela from the restaurant team - she is a stunning girl who does a great job.

Menu was limited but okay

The location was good; a lot of shops bars and eating places could be reached easily on foot. The staff were excellent and very friendly; in particular Martin and Gloria looked after us very well.

Perfect location, the beach here was the most beautiful in all of Nunwi, completely clean. The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is varied with lots of fruits.

Room service and breakfast is below standard. There is always something missing, where a simple checklist for the service team would be easy.

Position is excellent. In the middle of the village, so walking distance to main attractions in the area.

Awesome staff working at Zenobia!! Always smiling and ready to help you with every needing. Nice and clean all the time. Very nice atmosphere and a wonderful sunset view for sunset lovers. If you have the chance you must try their cocktails and dishes. Specially the pasta with prawns and octopus. We will miss you guys!!

The Wifi was awful, the breakfast was great for me because i like all kinds of food, but for my wife(or someone who is picky), it was not so good. Also the Bed was not so good, it was very loud when you move on it. The fridge was old and was leaking the whole time.

The staff was very very good, everyone is helpful, kind and they give their best to put a smile on your face. Never seen such staff like that. The last day, one Waitress gave us gifts, i dont remember her Name but she has the biggest smile of them all. Also the location is great, i think the best location in Nungwi. The sunset view was perfect, the sunbeds are great and the idea(the decoration) is also nice.

wifi connection a little slow but it's a general problem in Zanzibar

the structure was really welcoming, the location is really excellent, there are stairs that have direct access to the beach. The room cleaning is carried out carefully every day, the breakfast is good but being Italian we are not used to the specialties that are offered. Staff always available and smiling, especially Veronica who works very hard to ensure that your stay is one of the best. Transport to and from airports organized by them without any problem even late at night. the resort's restaurant offers good food for lunch and dinner.
