Nothing honestly we loved everything

A beautiful asthetic hotel, the rooms are bungalows very spacious and nicely done. The view is just spectacular either from the rooms or the pool and the other facilities of the hotel. The rooms is cleaned everyday and the towels are changed. The personal are so nice and friendly, they made us feel home ❤️ The breakfast was good and delicious. The hotel propose various activities each day, we chose to go on snorkelling for 2 hrs on a traditional dhow for 15$ per person and we had a great time I highly recommend it. And not to forget to mention the direct acces to jambiani Beach which it so clear and clean. Thank you Savera beach houses for making our stay in zanzibar so special ❤️🙏

Pretty much loved all. Staff was excellent, i sincerely thank all guys who work. Even arranged us last minute taxi ride when our taxi did not came. Great breakfasts, dinners and drinks they have. This is a Small and calm place where you can relax and enjoy

The ocean tide is very very low almost the whole day, so if you want to swim in the water this may be minus for you. We didnt mind, the pool was amazing, and in the afternoon we went to the ocean.

We were in Asante room . There was a little hut for massages next to us. Does get noisy and distracting when trying to relax.

The staff were a definite highlight for me. Always smiles and always willing to assist. The place is just as seen on pictures.. rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good different options every day. The food at the restaurant was great. Pool and beach area was great.. its such a vibe, hope to return oneday.

Amazing situation on Jambiani's beach, one of the only hotels with direct access to the beach. The breakfast was great with different variations every day. It was our favorite hotel from our two week stay in Zanzibar.

That we had to leave this beautiful place on earth

It was a dream!!! Savio, Anna and the rest of the team are very good hosts and never left a wish open. We stayed in one of the front beach bungalows called "Jambo". It is furnished with so much love for the details, the bathroom is modern and very clean, the beds are comfy, the fridge all the time filled with drinks. If you open the door, you stare directly on the beatiful beach and sea. Breakfast was perfectly served every morning on the bungalow terrace and also dinner was very delicious. Internet was available everywhere on the property. Cocktails were served over the entire day and were also very good. Pool is new and nice for a refreshment when the sea is gone during low tide. It was the perfect stay for my brother and me and I will definitely come back to Savios paradise. Well done Savio and Team...I really miss Savera Beach Houses already. So if you are looking for a place finding peace and freedom with very good service and kind staff around you - thats the place to be. I travelled a lot in my life, but this is by far the best accomodation and best host ever

The pillows are directly lent against press light switches so something these get knocked when sleeping and turn the lights on. The portions of the peanut butter / jam / butter etc at breakfast was put in cute small bowls but maybe too small. Despite these two minor points, we still feel it was a 10/10 place to stay.

The staff are all really welcoming and friendly, especially Anna (manager) and Razaman (bar staff). Razaman taught us how to play Boa, an African board game which was great fun! The bungalows are separated from one another, there are only 6 separate bungalows and 4 two story ones behind so it is a nice small and quiet place to be. The bungalow has a private balcony where you have your breakfast and can have lunch and dinner there too if you wish. The bungalows are comfortable, clean and spacious enough. There is a modern, effective fan in the room which is sufficient (we prefer fans over a/c anyways). The shower was powerful. There is a bowl of water to dip your feet in before eating the bungalow to prevent sand getting everywhere. You are provided with beach towels as well as shower and hand towels. The cleaners come into the room 2x a day and make cute bed decorations and spray the room with a lovely scent! All the cleaners are friendly and do such a great job. The bungalow looks out onto the hotels patch of beach where there are loungers, plants, coconut trees and the beach bar for drinks and food. Just in front of that is the public part of the beach. It was great how the front of the hotel was kept quite natural with the coconut trees, plants and sand as unfortunately some of the hotels were built on massive concrete foundations…. There are also loungers by the pool. The pool is kept clean and has a platform you can lounge on and a small (but enough) space to swim in. The beach is kept clean (Jambiani village have a Saturday beach clean up that you can volunteer with), and the sea is lovely and warm. The food is good here, there are plenty of other hotels and beach huts in Jambinai and the next village up, Paje, so there is easy access to plenty of variety. Severa change their menu daily too. On Saturdays they host entertainment and a set menu, very romantic and cute set up by the pool.

Everything was great, but they can add more food options to the breakfast., some pastries, etc The booking.com has to reflect exact difference between the bungalow on the ground floor and the second floor room, which can not be seen at all on the website..

A little bit pricey in terms of food and beverages.

Beautiful beach and the resort looks like a postcard. Nice and cozy like a small boutique guesthouse. Breakfast is really good and satisfying. The restaurant is small with everyday changingmenu. It is a little bit pricey comparing to other resorts / returants, But you can stay there and walk a few meters to near by restaurants and there are plenty.

It is a bit secluded, so food wise — options can be limited. But they have a good in house restaurant (although on the pricier side) and Fadhil seafood restaurant is just beside it! Which I highly recommend, they serve really tasty dishes and one of the best we’ve had in Zanzibar.

The property is well maintained, beautifully laid out, quaint, with the rooms located very close to the water you practically walk right over to the beach the moment you wake up! Also loved all the staff, they were all warm, accommodating and ready to serve with a smile on their faces.

I liked everything but hotel didnt have so much facilities. But it isnt needed.

Rooms were super nice and very clean. Detail such as the possibilty to clean your feet before going in the lodge was very nice. Staff were nice and helpful. Laundry was cheap and good. Food was really good and the cocktails aswell. Beach beds were comfortable.

No A/C but not a problem for me

SAVERA BEACH COTTAGES The whitest sand beach in Africa. Super kind staff. Sunrise from your lanai. Breakfast on your lanai. Charming room - no A/C, but fan and no mosquitos !! Great bathroom, sink, shower, towels. Super happy hour in bar that makes no noise after dinner time and where you can dine weekdays. Candy colored turquoise warm water . Nice quiet honeymoon type guests. All units face directly the ocean. It's the quiet tasteful peaceful resort you dream of - and are usually let down somehow. Inexpensive menus. Sailing in dhows available. Local caves etc excursions. Children interestingly segregated. Small place so few other people there. Nice friedly comfortable atmosphere. You can be left alone if desired. Transport available. Uncrowded Beach. Virtually no hype on beach. Efficient frequent housekeeping. A wonderful surprize If you don't like the dinner there is a homey little local eatery behind the cottages. Just check it out.

The best place to be! We wished we would’ve stayed there for the whole time of our stay in Zanzibar. The staff is AMAZING. Savio the owner is very friendly and welcoming. The food is so good and big quantity. Very clean rooms, good pressure in the shower. The view on the beach is gorgeous and it’s such a calm place to relax! This place is a 15 on 10 ! A special shout-out to Deo and Joshua 😊
