Everything. Best hotel to stay in Jambiani/Paje for sure - we walked across the beach and did not see anything remotely close to Passion Boutique! The place is absolutely fantastic, quiet, chill and the pool layout + beach is incredible. Thank you Laura for a wonderful stay!

The hotel staff provided outstanding hospitality and assistance during our entire visit. The rooms were spotless and extremely cozy. Each morning we savored the tasty breakfast, enjoyed the amazing cuisine, and appreciated the convenient proximity to key attractions. We will definitely miss Passion Boutique and will definitely come back for another relaxing stay soon and also refer Passion Boutique to our family and friends, A big thank you to Laura,Madalina and the other lovely Lady on site (apologies we cannot remember her name 😊), as well as the team for organizing a memorable romantic dinner and arranging the trips on our honeymoon stay. This place was almost perfect but if I had to pick something it’d be the bed blanket. I’d much rather a thin duvet than a sheet + blanket

Loved the design and decor. Located in a lovely party of the beach with a bunch of traditional fishing/sailing boats out front. Makes for a lovely sunrise view! Staff here were all so friendly and helpful; especially grateful for how they booked us a taxi, adjusted the time to suit my overrunning kitesurfing lesson, and paid the driver in cash for us so I could pay for the taxi on the room by card 🙏 we were amazed at the quality and variety of the food on offer in the hotel restaurant - we ate here a few times and each time we had a different delicious meal! Definitely recommend 💯

The staff is very attentive, kind, respectful and professional. The views are amazing. The food is delicious. I stayed in Jambiani villas one of their sister properties last November and knew I wanted to travel back to ZNZ. I didn’t realize it would be so soon. I decided to stay at Passion due to the convenience of the restaurant on site, seeing more people at the hotel which I liked (as a solo traveler I wanted to engage more with others), and the decor won me over too. From start to finish the staff ensured I had an amazing stay!

Passion Boutique hotel might be one of the best hotels on the east coast of Zanzibar. The location, the beach vibe and the beautifully designed premises of the hotel really make you feel like in paradise. What‘s more, every single stuff member, and especially the hotel manager Madalina, provide such a unique hospitality and restless help that you rarely find somewhere else. From helping to organize excursions and activities, to providing all possible equipment and backpacks for the latter and caringly advising on any kind of inquiry, we really were left with the impression that they might just be the best crew on the island! They would prepare breakfast to take with us to our trips and even put together fresh Aloe Vera to treat our naively caught sunburn. We truly couldn‘t have make a better choice in selecting a hotel in Zanzibar. We especially recommend Passion Boutique for couples. Hakuna matata!

It really is a boutique hotel - beautifully set out, magnificent very large room with wonderful sea views. Madalina, the hotel manager, was always around to make our stay perfect. The place is very relaxing and the restaurant is remarkably good - no need to try anywhere else! The sandy beach is white and powder soft - the tide comes right up to the sea walls of the hotel -and recedes about at least 500m at low tide. Watching the fishermen bringing in their catch in the evening is worthwhile - and reminds you that this is a fishing village.

We would have loved to have a duvet and not just a sheet to sleep under, although you are on a tropical Island. The room provides aircon and fan, so you can make it as warm or cold as you want. I missed a long mirror.

Team is fantastic, so cheerful and willing to help. Location is nice central. Food is wonderful. The roof top terrace is beautiful to either see sunrise or sunset.

We stayed in the room next to the reception and walking path to the restaurant, which was a little noisy at times and felt less private. However, this was brought to our awareness prior to our stay and we value the transparency.

We really enjoyed our stay at Passion Boutique Hotel. The hotel is centrally located in Jambiani and not too far from Paje, which makes getting around independently very easy. Yet the access to the beach still feels private and serene. The size and atmosphere of the boutique allows for a very intimate, calm, and relaxing stay, which we really appreciated. We loved the pool and restaurant with sea view, not to forget the menu. The breakfast was fresh and diverse, and we had one of the best curries on the island. The rooms and amnesties are beautiful, modern and well equipped, including tea and free water in the rooms (which is unfortunately not a given). Above all, the service is professional, accommodating, and supportive, including in arranging transport. Communication was super uncomplicated as well. Thank you so much to Madalina who was so kind to make late check-out possible. We even received a little surprise. It was beyond our expectations!

There is nothing we did not like, it was perfect.

We had the best stay ever in Passion boutique hotel. From the beautiful decoration, to the delicious food, to the kindness of the employees - this place is a small paradise. We celebrated my husband’s birthday during our stay and Madalina and her team went above and beyond to make it a special day. We’re so grateful to them. Madalina is providing the best customer service we have ever seen. She is super accommodating, offered us options for a late check-out and always tries her best for the guests. The breakfast has no end time which is very nice on holidays, the pool is beautiful and clean, the rooftop is big and offers a nice sunset! The hotel also coordinates activities on the island. This place is just perfect!

Our stay was very pleasant for many reasons, but in particular a great team led by the hotel manager Ms Madalina, who was very attentive before and during our stay. Our room was upgraded free of charge and we were provided with a cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The hotel was very homely with a relaxed atmosphere and guests from different parts of the world. Highly recommend!

Madina, the manager of the hotel was such a nice lady! She welcomed us with her arms wide open! It felt like home! On the first day we arrived very late and she still managed to prepare a meal for us. All the other days if we had a question or if we wanted to do something she was there for us. Also the recepionist Irene and the other guy were always at our service! The bar & restaurant staff are also very kind and polite! The cleaning service 10/10. I deff’ will come back !!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Passion! The hotel rooms were beautiful, clean and stylish. Furthermore, the personell were always polite, friendly and super attentive to our needs, and did way more than expected to help us get the most out of our stay. In addition, the meals were great and the menu extensive and varied. In sum, we felt that we got very much value for money. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay!

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making me feel instantly at home. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, providing prompt and effective medical care with a smile that alleviated any concerns I had. Their professionalism and kindness during this unexpected situation further solidified my admiration for their exceptional service. Beyond the outstanding service of Madalina - the amazing manager and the staff, the hotel itself is a paradise. Nestled in Jambiani, Passion Boutique Hotel Zanzibar offers a haven of comfort and hospitality that made my stay memorable. Nicely prepared rooms provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration if desired or a cozy spot to just chill close to the beach. The hotel has a beautiful beach front pool, amazing views and nice beach front facilities. The hotel's aesthetics are beautifully integrated with the place, while offering a comfortable and cozy structure. If you are exploring Zanzibar's diverse set of activities, including kitesurfing in one of the nearby beaches, this is an awesome place to stay. The breakfast and overall food quality was really good, featuring an array of options to every taste. In addition, what truly set this hotel experience apart was its exceptional staff! From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, their dedication to ensuring a perfect stay was amazing. Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness made me feel really good at all times, leaving me eager to return for another memorable experience in Zanzibar! While our stay was nearly flawless, the only hiccup I can think of was the intermittent Wi-Fi connection. It's true that we all need to disconnect every now and then, but it still might inconvenience those needing occasional online access during their vacation.

Our stay at this hotel surpassed all expectations. From the reception team to the kitchen, restaurant staff, and cleaning crew, everyone was very friendly and attentive during our 10-days stay. A special shout-out to Madalina for her exceptional kindness and hospitality, along with all the thoughtful gestures that made our stay truly special. The food was exquisite, the property itself stunning with its warm swimming pool and unique details, all kept impeccably clean. Nestled in an authentic, boutique luxury setting, the location offered a peaceful retreat from the crowds. Gratitude to the entire team for crafting such a memorable experience for us!
