Nice central location. Really comfortable stay with everything you need. Restaurant meal was delicious as was breakfast. Staff were lovely.

The shower in the bath is not ideal. Not all staff understand English or can speak English properly. Carpets in the foyer had stains that looked like it was not washed in a long while,

The hotel is situated close to the town within walking distance. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It has a homely feeling about it.

The taxis they did business with were a little expensive. Other hotels were cheaper with taxis. I suggest finding your own or getting a tuk tuk. Treadmills don’t work that great but it was still functional. Lastly, as a solo parent we received less service at dinner and breakfast compared to a bigger party. I know usually bigger party of people may mean bigger tips, but it didn’t feel good to occasionally be ignored. Lastly, I didn’t know the policy of paying for the drinks right away. I thought it would just be charged to the room. It felt embarrassing to be chased down by a staff member, mind you who ignored us most of the time, to tell us we needed to pay for the drinks. I suggests letting your customers know the policy when you sit them down since things can be different in different countries so no embarrassment happens.

The room was wonderful, very spacious. The housekeepers were great. I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to many things. The gym was small but functional. I enjoyed the in room dinner service food menu. They also have a foreign money exchange bank inside the hotel. The pool is kept clean everyday. I enjoyed being able to eat outside as well.

It’s the perfect place to go before starting Safari! We arrived very early after a long flight and Erick the nice receptionist managed to give us a room where we could rest! The staff are what make this place special! Everyone has a big smile on their face and is so polite and genuine. A special shout out to Adam who served us delicious lunch by the pool and David at dinner in the restaurant. We had by far the best paneer curry we’ve ever had. In general the food choice was amazing and great vegetarian options as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. When we checked out two of the housekeeping staff offered to take our bags on the way down. The level of service was incredible and many other 5 star hotels could learn front hear guys. One member at the reception who was not willing to help us, on the contrary to all the other members of the staff. There was only three long chairs for all the hotel.

Kibo Palace Hotel was remarkable 👌🏽 Staff members were amazing. Really helpful and friendly. From the reception staff to the restaurant and the domestic and the bar staff kept my Cocktails coming. Quite a charming young man.

First we got a room with a faulty AC but luckily we were allowed to change rooms. The second one had the same layout as the first one. Maybe it was a bit more worn out but most importantly the AC worked like a charm. After the long hot day on a safari this was just what we needed to get some rest.

A nice hotel in a good location, friendly personnel, very functional for 3 adults. Good value for money.
