We had an incredibly amazing stay! We found the place with ease and we had a warm welcome. The host is kind and attended to us anytime we needed at the same time we had space and the house to ourselves. The staff is very very attentive with always spoke to us with the best smiles. Waking up in this property was absolutely gratifying. This is such a homely place and we were very comfortable. The dogs became our best friends! Look out for sparkle, she will steal your ❤️

The bed was very bad. We sprayed for bugs when we arrived because wasps were inside the house and when we woke up the next morning there were several dead cockroaches around the house.

Spacious and like having your own house on the island. The five big dogs really made it feel cozy like a home once they got used to us and calmed down a bit. In the beginning Mario was jumping up on us and scatching us. Bimbo was the sweetest and would sit outside the door and cry for us to come pet him... which we couldn't resist!

The kitchen has limited cooking options and no microwave.

The view is excellent, and the pool is very well kept. The dogs on the property really made it feel like home .The Host Chiara was excellent and was always there to assist with info about things to do and anything we required.

Fantistic Accomodation & great contact with Chiara prior to our stay, she was always on hand to help us with tours, car rental or any other questions we may have had. The place itself is just perfect but you need a car (which we had thankfully) to manoeuvre around and reach Kendwa in about 5 min or Nungwi in about 10 min drive. Samuel was really helpfull during our stay and we would come back there in a heartbeat. The pool is such a great bonus after a long day spent at the beach or youring the island, and the views from it are amazing. AC and WIFI worked really well, and the kitchen is fully equiped, you truly have all you need for a perfect holiday.

Things to know: You have to know there's nothing around... So you need a scooter or a ride for restaurants and to go to Kendwa or Nungwi 10min! There's no beach close (walking distance) And the villa is shared, there is two I think!

I liked the location because it was at a very good location, close to kendwa and nungwi. The host was excellent Chiara really took care of us, was there when we checked in, made everything easier, tried guiding us and sent us a ride to pick us up from the airport, and helped us with the activities that we have done in zanzibar. The house was super clean, has all the facilities we needed, nice view and a clean pool, and the dogs were really friendly and well trained. And the door man samu was always available, made us feel safe and was very friendly too. I would definitely visit zanzibar and the villa again.

We had to ask for the 5 dogs to be kept in their quarters since when we woke on our first morning one had defecated in several places on the terrace immediately outside the main doorway; the smell was awful and clearly it was unhealthy. There was also a dead small animal covered in flies on the fence that same morning. We contacted the cleaner who came quickly to clear it all up. The smell of dog faeces was also very bad in a particular area surrounding the pool most days, which meant we had to move to another part of the sun bed area, sharing that part with other guests. This was fine with them and us but would have been awkward if the other residents had also wanted to use the pool and sun beds. Guests should be aware that there are no restaurants or shops/supermarkets or liquor stores within walking distance, so it’s necessary to get taxis to get supplies and eat out.

Setting peaceful with good views. We had the opportunity to order in a meal for delivery on the first evening from a restaurant, connected to Chiara, (though other guests weren’t aware of this before we mentioned it). We only used this once though the food was acceptable and welcome after our day’s journey from the south east part the island where we’d been staying and making stops en route to visit other places of interest.

Beautiful and clean cottage that includes everything you need. The infinity pool and outdoor seating areas were our favourite.
