The room doesn’t cleaning complete. There has a trash hang behind bathroom’s door. And there has the smell of cigarettes lingered in the room.

Interior of the room could do with some refurnishing. There was smoke smell coming from the corridor. Had to open to windows and balcony to air and clear smell in the middle of the night.

Location was walking distance to fengjia night market. There's plenty street food options and a supermarket all within walking distance.

Rooms, bathrooms and the facilities are older. Even though it's a non-smoking facilities, the hallways and some rooms still has smoke odor. No smart TV, could even watch YouTube

There was a mildew smell when we entered the room, and we saw a tiny baby cockroach. The front desk was operated with check-in machines.

Location was 10 minutes walk to fengjia night market and 5 minutes walk to bus stops easy to get around. Room size was big enough for 2-3 pax.

Very old many things needed a renovation Wasn't that clean sometimes The check in process was very weird, we needed to check in on a machine, which is literally Infront of the check in desk. Instead of doing it by person by the desk, they insisted we do it on the machine, while the receptionist supervises us. It just looks out of place having 3 massive Check in machines places in front of the desk (looks ugly to me). Felt like I was in McDonalds ordering a Burger. I wouldn't give this Hotel 4*, I would revaluate it to a lower standard 3* hotel. It has the basic necessaries, but for a 4* , it would need a bit more luxuries. Our rooms were on the street side and we heard a lot of noises from it, additionally there was some kind of Water Pipe above our rooms, it was quite noisy everytime water passed the pipe. The pillows were really high and hard (my opinion not comfortable) We used to book this Hotel every time we came back to Taichung, but it is quite a pity that it was our last stay there.

Lack of parking

Very good location closed to all kind of caffe and restaurants. PX-Mart and Carrefour supermarkets are just across the road. Self check in machine if late/early arrival. Very close to night market ~400m walk

Very good and communicable personnel on reception. Upon arrival there are self-check in machine but for the payment my card was not accepted and after calling hotel person he was helped me in 5min. Plenty of local cafe, KFC and Macdonald just across the road. Grocery shops and Starbucks less than 3min walk.

The moment we walked in the floor where our room is, we already sense the smoking smell. Worst is when we get into our room, the smell became stronger. It’s so disappointing because we have a toddler and a baby with us. The toilet is not pleasant and have the strongest smell of smoke.

The location is near everywhere, to the night market to the mall to restaurants and bus stops.

it’s like a self service hotel. Staff is hiding behind counter or barely see any staff. cleaning service is upon request and only available in the afternoon.

We reach the hotel and need to check in but totally no reception at the counter , we keep waiting long time and the machine can’t pay by cash , we wait long time already still no reception come to work , after next day when we see have reception to work we try to let the reception know what problem we face on yesterday night and ask him to help us give feedback for his boss or management, the receptionist’s attitude is very rude and shouting to us, I am very disappointed and it’s my bad experience to choose this hotel, totally bo worth the money!
