Because the bathroom had no shower curtain, I have to sit and take the shower very carefully, or the whole bathroom will become a pool!!! And the bathroom is mold everywhere!!!! Makes me feel so bad!!!

The room was extremely hot when we first walked in. It took some time but we were able to adjust the ac setting with help of staff. However, AC was extremely loud and I had a hard time sleeping. Room looks old and unclean. There’s stains on the wall and random pieces of debris on the floor. There also seem to be a faint smoke smell.

Location. Family mart right across the street. There’s local restaurants nearby. Some Staff was helpful and gave us a fan when ac was not working initially.

We’ve stayed in the Cloud before in Kaohshiung and it was great so we decided to try it out in Taichung as well and we were not disappointed. The 24h lobby snack bar is a wonderful idea plus the self laundry service is extremely useful

I am writing this email to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the numerous issues I encountered during my stay at your hotel. As a guest, I expected a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. Firstly, let me address the quality of service at the hotel. Throughout my stay, I encountered several instances of poor service. The staff members were indifferent and unprofessional, lacking patience and attentiveness to guests' needs. When I raised questions or sought assistance, they appeared impatient and gave off an impression of neglect. Additionally, there were instances of delay and errors in the staff's response to guest requests. This level of irresponsibility and lack of professionalism left me thoroughly disappointed. Furthermore, the quality of the room was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the air conditioning system in the room had obvious issues. Regardless of how I adjusted the temperature, the room could never maintain a comfortable temperature. Sometimes it was excessively cold, while other times it became unbearably hot. This greatly detracted from my overall stay. Additionally, the room's amenities and furnishings were worn-out and damaged. The bed was uncomfortable, there were stains on the walls, and the bathroom facilities had problems as well. I was deeply disappointed with the condition of the room. As a customer, I believe I should have received a better accommodation experience. However, your hotel fell short in terms of both service quality and room conditions. I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay and feel compelled to write a negative review of your establishment. I hope that you take these issues seriously and implement measures to improve your service and room quality, ensuring that future guests have a better accommodation experience. I urge you to reflect upon this experience and take appropriate corrective action.

bedding has a strong musty smell. opened the window to air but the smell was really strong. decided to call housekeeping to change. the hotel personnel speaks very fast in Mandarin, expecting us to be proficient Mandarin speaking

breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties. we love the porridge with pork floss. there are plenty of parking space available at B2. staff are friendly and responsive. they accept both credit cards and cash. affordable price for a room without window.

Able to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner, we were freezing in the room.

Cloud Hotel was the most value for money throughout our stay in Taiwan. Not only was it located at a convenient location, it has also private parking for people who are driving, certainly a bonus especially when tourist like us are not familiar with parking around in Taichung. The room was not spacious but it's a good size for 2 pax with 2 luggages. There are still available room space to walk around. This is the only hotel that provides water dispenser, saving us trouble having to get purchase water from convenient stalls. Bed was very comfortable and big, it was the best sleep in Taichung certainly.

There is no bigger table if you want to eat together and watch TV as it is at the side (typical hotel style). Staff is generally “cold” but serves main purposes. Hotel door of lobby is a little heavy and had a mini slope, so you need to push the door and pull in ur luggage (mini inconvenience only).

Location is super near Taichung second market! Room was comfy and my family members loved it, super comfortable. Good breakfast selection (included in the hotel Price) and toilet was pretty new! TV had YouTube option! There is snacks (tea egg, ice cream, coffee, hot chocolate) available up till 12am. Would stay there again!

Breakfast menu needs variation. Almost the same food daily. And there is no bidet in the toilet.

The entire facility was clean and relaxing. The people in the reception area are very helpful and can speak some basic english. Loved the free flowing drinks and snacks until 12 midnight.
