The hotel provides self laundry facilities. Very helpful to wash our sweaty shirts. Hotel breakfast is good. Location wise we used Uber to the train station which is abt 10 min. Reasonable fare. The cafe offers complimentary coffee/ tea / biscuits n tea eggs in the evening. We bought food from the night market and enjoyed it in the cafe with comfort. Staff are friendly.

More breakfast variety, like more types of bread, food was not bad though. The smell along the corridor was quite bad, could use more air freshener.

Very good location, 10 mins walk to Yizhong street, 5 min drive to Taichung trains station. Breakfast options cater more to local taste buds, could have more variety, but availability already saves time for us to look for breakfast options outside. All the washing machines and dryers were working, just that you have to pay for the detergent, so not bad. Room was pretty clean, just that the shower head was not very stable. Also good that there were shared bathrooms on the same level, so could save some time when travelling with friends. Room window can be opened. And very soundproof, couldn't hear anything once closed even though we were on the second floor, right beside the road.

Very good location. Free parking is available, you have to go to the reception so they can register your car then you can access the car elevator behind the hotel that will bring you to the underground floor where you can park your car. Beware it's a bit tight so it was good for our small car. Many convenience stores nearby, as well as shopping and restaurants. There was also a YouBike station nearby. The bed was comfortable and all in all it was great for a short stay.

The water from bathroom sink came out with some dirt particles. Not sure if it's only in my room (705room) or it's a general problem with the water tubes. The hotel should take a look at it.

First floor has free beverages, tea eggs, ice cream and refreshments. Reception employees were friendly and explained everything we needed to know about our stay.

There was a bug on the pillow during the first night. And one of the towels offered was visibly stained. The bathroom door kept sliding open for the first two nights but was slightly fixed the nights after.

It is conveniently located near Zhonghua Road Night Market. The room service is helpful and the restaurant on the ground floor offers a great space for guests and visitors. The bed is huge and comfortable.

The hotel is a 20 Min walk from the main station. Alternatively there's many busses stopping around the hotel area. We had a big window inside our room from which you were able to see the street and get lots of natural light. The beds were big and comfy. The breakfast was very tasty and there were a lot of food options to choose from. You were able to get yourself coffee, tea and popcorn all around the clock.

Need to add more equipments in the gym room. Hotel location is not in central where shopping malls and shops are located.

Checking in and out was very smooth and fast. Size of the room was big enough for two. Comfy bed and bathroom is spacious. Breakfast was good with variety of food. Hot and cold drinks, with popcorn and ice cream, with tea eggs are available til midnight. All complimentary. You can also bring in food and eat at the dining hall located at ground floor. Near a park. There's a good resto across the street where they serve good soup and beef noodles.

Very clean n comfortable. There are two nearby family marts, one right opposite n the other turn right and walk straight across the road. Staff is also helpful n good selection of buffet breakfast. There is a nice rice n porridge stall just a few steps from the hotel. The soup with variety of seafood is amazing . U can opt for rice if u don’t want porridge Quite close to night market
