Rooms are quite tired and need an update, patchy wifi that kept dropping out, not great sound proofing between rooms

The room is a bit old and does not a lot of power outlets. The aircon is super strong and centrally controlled so you will have to turn it off if it gets too cold. The breakfast is geared more towards Asian travelers but has toasts and jams as western choice.

I like the hotel because it has hot spring directly to my room. The location is good if you are trying to get away from the city. It is convenient to take the MRT to go to the city for dinners or sightseeing. There are restaurants close to the hotel too.

The room has its own thermal bath. Well located for beitou area. Rita the massage therapist is highly recommended.

It’s very near train station and bus stops hence easy commutation. Room size is decent, the private onsen is very good with ample space. Welcome drinks and snacks within the room. Breakfast with various selection.

The rooms are not very new but the Deluxe room was very nice and comfortable size.

Location is perfect very close to Xin Beitou MRT station. Plenty of eateries like Starbucks, Mac Donald’s, Otayo within walking distance from hotel.

Walking distance to Mrt station. Can enjoy in-room hot spring at any time, the public hot spring has more facilities and free to use. Room is spacious and good sound proof. Nearby has a famous scallion pancake.

Hotel is conveniently located across the road from the train station. Room comes with a hot spring tub and access to the hotel public bath is complementary. Great location for exploring Yangmingshan

The facilities are a little old and the cleanliness of the bathroom (might be due to the hot springs water) can be improved.

The hotel was located very near the Xin Beitou station, with convenient stores, restaurants right next to it and across the street was the Beitou park. The staff were quite efficient in handling the crowd, there was a separate line for guests who were just going for the hot springs. The breakfast was great as well. Overall we had a comfortable stay and the price point was reasonable.

Paid for a room of 3, but the third person had to sleep on a tatami bench, with blankets. A tad uncomfortable.

The slight smell but suppose cannot be help as it is from the hot spring water. The decor is nice but with a little maintenance will make it better. Basically it is a value for money hotspring hotel

Great location near train station and public transport. Super easy to locate taking MRT from Taipei to Beitou. A lot food choices around. My family enjoyed round the corner 葱油饼 store so much that they ate non stop. The attached room hot spring is so relaxing. Like the king size bed and the tatami tea table for friends and family to gather in the room.

Was told that the public hotspring is under maintenance every Thursday. Fortunately, I arrive at the hotel on Wed. A note to other tourists if they are only planning to stay 1 night.

Good location, 3min walk from xinbeitou MRT station, comfortable room facilities & have public hotspring. Close to many ramen shops and convenient shops. Walking distance to many tourist attractions.
