Hotel should be improved a lot on the cleanness. There is the dust almost everywhere in the room. There are trash and even pieces of garbage under the bed. There is no closet but only hanger for a few cloths on the wall.

I can say this is the best location. It's only 3-5 min to several places like 7-11, Starbuck, Local Market, Shopping Mall, Public Recreation Park (BITAN) and MRT which can directly go city center.

The bathroom glass door was opaque, and when the light was on in the bathroom, the silhouette of any movement by the bathroom door was visible from outside the bathroom.

The breakfast was superb to Taiwanese taste; the coffee was good too.

However, one thing, smoking is not allowed in the hotel, but the room and hallway have this lingering smell of smoke. This is the only thing I have an issue with and didn't like.

Eight years ago, I stayed in this hotel with my family of 5 for 2 weeks. It was great and is still a great place for a family vacation because of the convenience of transportation, great prices for food, and shopping. The bus and train terminals are just across from the hotel. You can get the bus from the airport to the hotel which is the last stop for just $6 US. The hotel front desk to the staff that keep the place running are friendly and nice. They have a washer and dryer now, and we used to take them to the laundromat. However, one thing, smoking is not allowed in the hotel, but the room and hallway have this lingering smell of smoke. This is the only thing I have an issue with.

Location is very good and easy to catch the met train and bus , the scenery is beautiful and calm for relaxing exercise and leisure walk. But the breakfasts were exactly the same , no change for every days because we stay for 15 days .

It is great value for its price. Great location to get bus directly from airport and closer to Metro stop. Reasonably sized room and clean bathroom. Breakfast was decent enough. I had a room facing the water, which is great open view for being in a dense neighborhood.

The rooms we got were on the side of the street, and we can hear the noise from the traffic. No mirror nor clothes cabinet. The rooms can be cleaner, cleaned better - was looking for my socks and checked underneath the beds and saw it was dusty, there was a couple of pairs of slippers and even a soda can (which we didn't use). The lady at the reception did not seem to speak English so always asked for help from her colleague, which was ok. But she came across as quite grumpy.

Location - right across fr the mrt and bus stations. There's a nice riverside park beside the hotel. The man at the reception was nice and helpful. All items in the mini bar were free (came w/ the price of the room). A washer and a dryer were available for just NTD30/ load. The price is relatively lower compared to others we checked online.
