Cooked food was a little bland. Please give salt or any other condiments. Adding simple viand and rice would be great too. No one responded to my messages when I asked for the instructions on how to get to the hotel from Taoyuan airport.

The room is small but it has everything we need. We saved so much money because there's a water dispenser inside the room which I didn't expect. There's coffee and tea. Granted my requests too because I had to work. Most of the staff can't speak English but they are using Google translate and ready to help. The breakfast was ok. They served asian buffet breakfast- egg, steamed veggies, congee, soup, bread and 3 diff spreads, juice, coffee and tea.

One of our rooms was a bit on the smaller end. Also the shower head in the other of our rooms was kind of loose, so the angle would change based on the water pressure.

Location was convenient. Price was really good. Having laundry machines onsite was really helpful.

The television is not working. The dressing table is broken but still can use. There is water stagnant in washroom. There is one dirty pillow in cupboard.

Location is nice because the bus stop is just at doorstep. Here got provide the breakfast buffet. The price is reasonable.

This branch was a bit far from Taichung Station, but it's just a few minutes by bus. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Although the hotel offers breakfast with a variety of Taiwanese buffet meals, I would've liked to have some more options for people who are not used to having salty meals very early.

The room was pretty clean. The hotel is near the lake path that I suggest visiting at night, it's gorgeous and safe to walk around.

There's no windows in my unit, and bathtub was too high. It's difficult to climb in and out, hence unsuitable if you wanna book room for elderly parents fir holiday. There's no hook in the bathroom. Breakfast was simple, plain porridge with condiments & toasted bread with jam & margarine.

The rooms were clean, near bus stop which brings you to alot of destinations. There's 2 convenient shops behind, walking distance to night market. It's near Second market, good and cheap food. 10mins walk to TRA Taichung. Staff were very kind and helpful. Gave us a lot of suggestions and maps with directions where to visit. Help us collect our laundry too. Mattress and sheets were crisp clean and bathroom clean too. Price was good as I booked more than 6 months before my trip.

Hotel was quite conveniently located about 15 min walk from the main railway station. Staff were helpful and friendly and spoke reasonable English. Although check in was 3.00pm I had arrived early and they allowed me to check in about 2.00 since my room was ready. My room was clean and had the usual basic facilities although it did lack a room safe. Although I did book the room knowing it didn't have a window it felt a bit claustrophobic and I would personally avoid this choice in future. Breakfast was a buffet option with a decent choice of food. The was a laundry next to reception with washers and driers available for a small fee.
