Location was perfect, right in front of Dawan beach (no swimming) and a ten minute walk from Xiaowan beach (swimming, lounge chairs, bar). The room and hotel are excellent for their value. The star of this property is the service — The hosts were so incredibly helpful and went out of their way to explain local geography, help me with bags, make me coffee, and supply me with extra water and towels. They even took time to show me how to use their basement washing machine and supplied me with clothing racks so I could air dry items I didn't want to machine dry. I hope to come back to Kenting someday, and I will surely stay here again.

I thought that our room included a washing machine, but it did not. There was a washing machine in the hotel that you can use for free, but we decided to wash our clothes in the laundromat a couple of stores away for a small fee.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. It was lovely - clean and updated. There was a breakfast menu that allowed you to pick from a few choices. When breakfast arrived, we brought it back to our room and ate it on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The beach across the street was nice for walking, but we were warned not to swim due to the undertow. There was another beach for swimming a longer walk away. The night market was a close by, but far enough away that we didn't hear the noise. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The owners were extremely nice. They always asked if we needed anything whenever we passed through the lobby. They helped us with our luggage (we had a lot) and offered suggestions of things to do. The hotel offered beach towels and an outdoor hose for washing your feet before entering the lobby. The lobby was nice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend reserving an ocean view room with a balcony.

The breakfast gets not served directly in the hotel, but at a place close by. The food was okay, I would say typical chinese food, if you like that.. But the server were really unfriendly and treated us like unwanted guests. We skipped the breakfast for the rest of our stay. I would recommend to book the accomodation excluding the breakfast.

The owner and his employee are very kind and friendly. We got very helpful recommendations and the owner even organized tickets for our upcoming journey to Hualien. Water bottles, bananas and extra towels for the beach were provided daily. The balcony offered a nice sea view and the bed was very comfy:) The location is 5min away from the Night Market and 15min walking distance to little bay, a nice beach were you can rent a chair and an umbrella. Little bay was nice for swimming! Also the fairy cave is 1,5h walking distance away ( for those that like to hike instead of taking the bus) We had a very pleasant stay!

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, who helped to organize a scooter rental and recommended which spots to explore. The small hotel is in a very quiet area with wonderful sea view and 1 minute walking distance to the beach. The rooms are clean. Night market is also just around the corner. Free bananas, fresh coffee and bottled water all day long. The hotel even provides beach towels. Breakfast is served 20 sec walking distance at a shop nearby with different sandwich options or egg scallion pancakes, fruits and milktea/coffee/tea.

Comfortable room, hotel located in a quiet street near the night market, buses and the beach. The super friendly owners take good care of the guests and offer free coffee, water and fruit. There are only a couple of parking spaces at the hotel itself so you need to park at a car park down the road then walk a few minutes, but that was fine.

The hotel perfectly suited our needs for our 2 night stay in Kenting. The managers of the hotel are super nice and friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you are having a comfortable stay. They provide free bottles of water, fruit and beach towels. We had a room with a balcony and view of the sea which was lovely. Great stay!

We got the big room with tatami beds and they were perfect for the 5 of us (2A3C including a 2yo toddler). Big space, very clean, has all the basic amenities we need and even a hot water air pot. Breakfast was 2 shops away and it was ok. Not much selections.

The breakfast ist served 50m down the road in one of of the small restaurants who serve everything in take-away packages. I know it’s very common in Taiwan, but I think the amount of waste could be reduced.

All the comments are true. It’s a very nice hotel but the main thing are the super nice owners and stuff. They are so helpful and caring, you can’t imagine. They offer, coffee, water and assistance anytime. They speak English very well. I also recommend the breakfast. A warm sandwich and a drink is a good start into the day
