Rooms are tiny but adequate, a bit noisy. Location is great, price is cheap.

The bathrooms were dirty. BUT this was NOT the hotels fault. Some guests are just not considerate of others and just leaves the bathroom like a mess

The room I had didn’t have windows, as such the ventilation was poor inside the room which may have cause it to slightly smell like mold.

The bathroom's floor is very slippery, I accidentally got fall down into the floor and couldn't walk properly for a week. In addition, the bathroom size is quite small for a plus size person like me. Be careful and watch out! I wanted to kindly give this feedback to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable accessing the facilities in this hotel. Please know I share this spirit of goodwill, not blame.

The hotel is conveniently located and accessible. The facilities are adequate for the most part. However, considering I stayed during peak season, I feel the room rates were disproportionate to the amenities and service provided.

Very late check in time, room was tiny old and smelled funny, also saw a cockroach climbing in to it and disappearing into one the the cracks. The shower-bathroom arrangement made me feel dirty when taking a shower. Also at night I wanted to take a shower and found out there were no towels in the closet, ended up using a shirt of mine to dry myself

The bathroom situation. It was not really because of the cleanliness but more on it was small inside. But you know what they say, you get what you pay for. It was still worth the money for me.

The room was okay. It was clean. Room 210. The air-conditioning was cold and the bed was soft enough to be comfortable. There was a TV with cable. It is great if your plan was to just sleep.

Location and easy and fast to check in and check out. The facility esp got washing machine and dryer, it's a bonus.

On my first room I found at cockroach around 11pm. The next morning I showed the photo to the staff and they said they could change my room, but only after cleaning. I was able to leave my stuff with them and go about my day. However, I again found a cockroach in my second room. Again, after staff left, though I have photos of both on my phone.

I liked the comfiness of the needs and the friendliness of the staff. The location is also very good.

Cleanliness can definitely be improved especially the bathroom. But overall it's an ageing hotel since shower head in the room is broken so old things will seem dirty even when it's not. But i truly believe the room with window statement for the rooms are misleading because of how the layout of the room, the window is actually in bathroom and if you lift the blinders then people can see you doing business in the bathroom. So eventually you don't get natural light in the room. Room soundproofing is terrible so you can definitely be woken up by noises from other rooms or if anyone pass through the hallway. Very thin walls and door. And air conditioning is ageing so a lot of noise from it too. It'd have been a good stay if not for the noise to be honest.

The place was in a convenient location which is near to almost everything and hotel is 10-12 mins walk from the main train station. Public buses easily get you to all parts of the city. The room has comfortable bed and pillows. The lift was convenient to go up and down if you have big luggage and they have drinking water dispenser so that was convenient since you can topup your bottle. I'm not sure why the reviews say the staff weren't helpful or check-in was difficult. I find the staff to be very helpful even with their limited English and the self-check-in was super duper easy and fast. All the directions already in place in several languages. You may leave luggage while waiting for check-in.

The wall thickness between the rooms is too thin. Possibly to hear like you neighbors are breathing. Bathroom may be more cleaner. But for 2-3 nights single travelers maybe OK, if you will back to tue room only for sleep.

The tv wasn’t working. Had difficulty finding the place, no obvious signage outside. Also there was no way to bolt the door inside. Anyone with a key could come in.

I got issue on first day with a faulty key card (very hard.to access room and power). The issue was fixed on next day by calling support which made the reception automate to emit a new keycard.

Possibility for affordable price to have single room even if commodity are shared. Close to Taipei main station and closer to green and blue MRT lines.

Bad smell, air condition smells bad, water either very hot or very cold, thin walls you can here everything from your neighbours The smell is the worst thing of the hotel. If you are sensitive to that don’t book it

Location, bed is comfortable, staff are helpful, good wifi, easy self check in and check out If you only care about location this is the perfect place. Many restaurants, close to MRT, 7 11 etc..
