The room was not up to standard. The room was not properly prepared. The room appeared to be under repair. The television was not properly placed . The bedhead was not properly clean and the drainage area in the bathroom shower area and the face basin not in place

The smart TV did not have any ability to use internet options, such as netflix, or browsing or screen share. The AirCondition was set to 22 deg and was not allowed to be changed. This was not comfortable for my family and I. The room service menu was not readily available in the room. I had to call and was given information over the phone. There was one bar tender (Anna) who was abrasive and confrontational. She was the only example of poor customer service in the entire hotel while on my week stay. The clearing of used room service items left in the corridor by all rooms should have been done more promptly it was left there overnight and for many many hours resulting in the stale food odor eminating in the corridor.

The Bathroom and the room itself was updated and well maintained. the lobby was welcoming and warm, and the staff was generally pleasant and accommodating. the cheeseburger was amazing, and location is prime!

This trip was surprisingly pleasant and I have no complaints.

I always stay here when I come home. The last two times the rating was poor but this trip I got a great room with a nice view on the 5th floor.

The beds and the expense of the breakfast

The breakfast was delicious but way too expensive, the pool was nice. It would have been nice if the swim up bar was available. The beds were extremely hard, most of my coworkers did not sleep well. The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY! I would definitely go back just for the staff.

Breakfast was not included in the room rate, and given the prices charged at carnival time and what other hotels offer, it clearly should be.

The first room allocated to me was a disaster: old, damp-smelling, carpeted floor. I asked for a change, and although this first annoyed the receptionist, she played along, understanding that I wanted my 5-night stay to go as smoothly as possible. So I was finally able to have a brighter room, one of those recently slightly renovated (So, just ask if you don't like your room). Otherwise, the pool is pleasant. The "grab to go" food service is very convenient. The hotel cab, although more expensive than elsewhere, is very practical, and Nigel is very helpful.

I like bedding and towels daily and had to tell the hotel staff. Also couldn't call reception from my room.
