Breakfast is not like the pictures. Very poor breakfast. Wifi is not working well in the rooms. There is not a kettle in the room.

The hotel surrounded be garages. There is no view if you are locking for one.

It is quit hotel far from all noises and the staff they were very good. there are a ristorantes and groceries nearby. The biggest mall in the city is within a waking distance from the hotel.

The location was close to the river and between the mountains which is really very beautiful view. The room is very nice and breakfast is good. I recommend it to families.

Very dirty. The bathroom need to be fixed twice. Waited 3 hours to have hot water for shower. The food is at low quality. No cleaning. TOO BAD and TOO expensive and far away from Ozingul lake.

When we arrived the rooms weren't ready although we came at the check in time so we had to wait for 30min. After that the room we got had a terrible smell in the bathroom and the seat was leaking. They fixed the seat then the ceiling start leaking. In the next day they changed the room the bathroom is little better but the floor is always wet there is a leaking from somewhere. Breakfast always the same little variety.

Rooms are narrow. Rooms doors don't lock well. Carpet looks terrible. Bear in mind that you might need to wait more than 40 min to get your order ready at their restaurant.

Nice, helpful and polite staff. BF pofet was not bad. The best thing is the location beside the river. The weather and the greenery is everywhere. Especially the road to fish lake.

The hotel is basic. Certainly cleaness of the hotel can be improved. Carpets are dirty and old, Rooms are dark. Shower is very tight. Wifi internet never worked "no access to internet" despite when booked the room it clearly states it has free access to internet. Despite the hotel being on top of a mountain with temp drops as low as 10 degree Celsius, there is no access to constant hot water so be prepared to have few cold showers. When it gets cold we had to ask for the central heating to be switched on, which we admit the Managment was responsive. The view of the river and sorrounding mountains is downgraded by too many cheap tents erected along the banks of the river offered for rent. The serenity of the area is somehow disturbed by too many locals offering their goods for sale.

The owner Haj Abdqadir was a gentleman and helpful. If you get a room with a view towards the river, then it is stunning. Breakfast was basic but it seems the norm in most hotels in North Turkey. The hotel has attached resturant which offers meals at reasonable prices compared to resturants in Uzongol. The hotel is in Dimerkapi village which is 35 minutes drive up the mountains from Uzongol. The location is great. It is a quite, cold and peaceful place with a river running down just below the hotel. Nice to spend one or two nights just for the experience.
