The staff warned us about it so we can’t really complain, but the wi-fi isn’t quite strong enough. If you have a Turkish SIM card, you should use it for the internet access.

The hotel made an excellent first impression with the exterior, the building stands out well among the surrounding ones. The hall and the reception point are also adding to the feeling of a luxury hotel. The rooms are just like on the photos which leaves a good feeling. The room is well designed and has all you need for the vacation - you can even cook if you like. The staff is always welcoming and professional, you can reach out at anytime. The most important part about the hotel that we liked was it’s location- there is an authentic weekly bazaar on Tuesdays in just a few meters from the building, we miss this Turkish tradition in other countries. The Konyaalti beach can be almost seen from the hotel (only the Marina residence blocks the direct passage, but you will understand what I mean when you see it), so the 10 minute walk to the beach feels easy.

The internet connection is unstable, but the 4G router is available at the front desk.

The apartments are very nice. There are three rooms with two beds and a couch in the dining room. It was quite comfortable for two adults and two children. The location is also very nice. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, several groceries and a beach is also not so far away.

The walls let through quite a lot of noise from the neighbours. However in the late evening, it was quiet again. The bed and couch are a bit hard to sleep on but that was just our personal taste. Overall no major issues.

Really nice apartment and beautiful pools for adults and children. Dishwasher and washing machine were great to have. The large walk in shower was great for our family. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is great with many shops, restaurants and playgrounds close by. Only a short walk to the sea, which was even possible with our toddler. The kittens were the perfect addition to our nice stay. We can really recommend the Suites to couples with or without children.

Didn't realise I had so much stuff in the kitchen until the second day, when I opened the dishwasher. My shower was dirty inside.

Bathroom could be a bit bigger or at least shower cabinet. It is really tiny and was leaking some water after each shower. Also management can place some drinkable water and tea-coffee to the rooms.

It is in a very central location apart style hotel in Konyaalti beach region. Fully equipt flat with new furnitures. Size of the flat is really good for even a long stay. Region is silent and quiet, although all necessary things (cafes, restaurants, markets) are very close by walk. I definetely suggest this one.

The sofa was burned by a cigarette. To be honest, the only thing I strongly advise to a personell: do an A/C service regurarly!!! Both A/C were extremely dirty insied which means a lot of bacteria.

location is far from city center so need to take a taxi or bus to reach city center in 30 mins though it was very quite can sleep perfectly which can be turned to an advantage as well

Unfortunately, our family met a very unpleasant and even aggressive attitude from some of the guests as our family, being Ukrainian, refused to speak in Russian language, but in Ukrainian or English only. We did speak Russian to a member of staff as an exception, as the lady didn't speak Ukrainian nor English, but as we were not obliged to communicate with other guests, their complaints that we have to speak Russian and "not to pretend speaking Ukrainian as this language does not matter" were very frustrating. We didn't get any support from the hotel on this occasion, however as it has not been escalated to them, I can accept it as a neutral position.

In general the apartment was nice and comfortable, you might wish to have some additional utensils or bedding, but it will be provided by your first request. The staff was helpful and professional.

The beach is close but is not easy access to the sea, is all pebbles and gravel, no beach chairs to rent,the nearest beach bar is strictly for the hotel guests.

Staff very helpful and polite, unlimited offer on services, clean and convenient facilities in the flat, good location, good value for price, independence in movement, we felt like home.
