The Hotel is perfectly situated in Göreme and absolutely beautiful. The breakfast room offers a stunning view, just like the terrace. The manager Ms. Hilal was very helpful, from the moment on we booked our stay. She arranged a delicious chocolate cake for my friend's birthday, as well as candles and balloons in our room. The breakfast had a large choice, also of omelettes and scrambled eggs made upon order, all the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it!

Everything was so good! I couldn’t fault anything!

From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have done more for us. They were so accommodating with every request we had. Hilal in particular ensured we didn’t miss any of the key sites around Goreme and made some great recommendations. The terrace was perfect to watch the balloons in the morning.

They have an excellent mattress . I usually get back pain when I wake up in the morning because I have a back problem and i did not experience that throughout my stay. The room was exceptionally clean and smells nice everyday. Really lovely staff. The highlight of our room was we were upgraded. Thank you so much for this. They have really good breakfast selection. The view was amazing. Felt like we could almost touch the balloons.

The Niche Cave hotel was far better than our expectations. We arrived the night before our check-in and got a room few hours earlier than expected. We also got upgraded to a suite which we originally had not booked and got served amazing breakfast which also originally was not included in our booking. The staff was beyond amazing and especially Hilal who was the manager and who made sure to take care of us like she’s known us forever. She provided excellent care and when asked about a certain cake which was served in the breakfast, she made sure to send us a few pieces extra to our room later. She also made sure that we have our breakfast earlier because of our flight timings and even helper us to send a coat we had forgotten in the room. The staff were also easily available at WhatsApp and answered any questions very quickly. The kitchen staff were so sweet and the breakfast had different varities and amazing taste. The room itself was neat, beautiful and very comfortable. It is also placed very central in Goreme and it’s easy to drive from there to other valleys and places.

Negatives include that our room with a view was actually just a room with a window; all the rooms at Niche Cave Hotel face inward. The hotel can assist with booking excursions and activities but some of these are pricier than what you could secure using other means (Viator, travel agencies locally) and the hotel charges a 10% additional fee for paying for these with a card versus with cash. Additionally, the hot tub was not full or heated.

My experience at the cave hotel was overall positive. Highlights included the clean rooms which were serviced on a daily basis and the amazing breakfast served on the hotels rooftop terrace daily until 10:30 am. My group and I also enjoyed the hotel’s central location, nearly around the clock availability of a front desk person, and the private tour we secured through the hotel.

There wasn't anything about our stay that we didn't like. We wish we stayed longer.

We were so glad that we decided to stay here. Ms Hilal and her team are expectional. We loved everything. Amazing shower, pillows and bed were firm and very comfortable. Our room was made up every day. Breakfast was really good. The best we had since arriving in Türkiye. All the staff were really pleasant, kind and helpful. Nothing was too hard. We were on our honeymoon and they made it extra special with a few simple touches. If we go back to Goreme, we will be staying here again. It's located well in Goreme and it is close to all the sights. I got a chest infection whilst we were there. And ms hilal had a team member brew up some amazing honey,lemon, and mint tea. I was so grateful for that. It was those things that made our stay all the more memorable.

There was truthfully nothing at all to complain about. .

Everything about this hotel and staff was perfect. Staff greeted in the parking lot and took our luggage to our room. On checking in, the receptionist showed us round our "Cave" room, and showed us round the hotel facilities. breakfast selection very good. Serving staff very accommodating. Enquires about tours etc. Explained best tours for elderly or disabled. We had trouble with booking the tour we selected so receptionists booked it for us. PERFECT. Everything was as shown on booking.coms site.

Sound proof ness. Could hear kids at night and mosque which is very close ( but could be a plus if you need to get up early for hot air balloons). Limited vegan food options at breakfast but this is the nature of Turkish cuisine rather than the property itself. The room service menu had some decent vegan options but I did not try any as I was out most days

I liked everything

Amazing staff they helped us in everything they arrange all the activities, balloon flight, ATV and horse ride. The city is very beautiful with everything you need, pharmacies, stores and great restaurants in a few walk distance. The hotel location is excellent, the room is clean, the hairdryer is strong the bed is very comfortable. Our stay in Kapadokya was wonderful thanks to the staff. The day we left the hotel gave us sandwiches for the way to the airport very kind!!

Fantastic hotel! The location is perfect for exploring Cappadocia. The staff is so amazing and friendly and lovely. The rooms are gorgeous, super comfortable and the perfect cave experience. The breakfast is exceptional! And the views from the terrace are lovely. Would absolutely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it.

The baloons were flying so close the hotel even you could touch, that was fabulous experiance with great breakfast ,,, We were Just in the middle of the town,, location was fantastic ,easy to move around Hotel staff were exellent helpfull,,, So sad trip was soooo short,deffenetly be back and enjoy, The jacuzzl was great on the terrrace with baloons ,hotel is brend New and room was well decorated from A to Z Thax for all
