Don't bother with breakfast as there is not a huge selection. Very basic. But does the job. Rooms are a bit small but most hotels in Istanbul are on the smaller end.

If u on a budget and want a hotel with a great location this is it. But dont expect more. It is a 3 star hotel and that is what u get. Staff are pretty good. There is a guy LUTFI, I take my hat off to you sir. He made our stay very comfortable and a good chat to chat to because he understands and speaks English. And most places all of the staff cannot speak nor understand English. Rooms were better than expected I must say. Reviews had it totally wrong.

The location of the hotel is great, in the heart of the city, one minute walking distance from Sultan Ahmet square. Also, contacting with the property was super easy and the staff was friendly and really helpful. They speak English and Russian very well, which is not always a given. Special thanks to Gosha and Lütfi for their warm hostipality. The rooms are clean and highly functionl and a little bit small, of course)

Not provided room which was described/pictured in booking. Tram directly outside bedroom window was very loud between 5am - 11pm, disrupting sleep.

Location, tram stop is just front of the hotel. Blue Mosque , Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace is close to the hotel. A lot restaurants nearby

Elevator is small, I got almost stuck in there. Lobby is very small and old. Also the Corridors are small and have old carpet on the floor, need to change. They give you only one roomcard even if you are two people.

Room was nice. Location was perfect. Cleaning personnel very kind. A young receptionist was very very kind and always helpful.

The rooms are too close to the tram station so the noise is significant. Maintaining cleaning for the rooms wasnt done until we insisted several times to have the room cleaned.

The location of the hotel is very good and so close to all public transportations. The staff were very kind and helpful they all have this word "NO Problem"😃
