Actually I don’t like the food so much , food was the same every day, no variation in the kinds of food that they presented .

* The night events in the resort was amazing. *in addition of this i love the view in my room. *The relation guest was very helpful special thanks for them . *The resort follow the ministry of health rules and this is so good .

In past time , there was stations that served fruits near pool but this time not . the staffs served food and drinks at pool but at this time, we have to order at bar ourselves. There isn’t a chef for spaghetti or pizza at beachfront restaurant. The variety of food at beach front restaurant was very limited

I traveled with my wife and our twins kids. This is the second time that We’ve been at susesi. It was clean and the staff are so friendly. Food variety at main resort is well and covers all tastes. The turkish bath , indoor pool and sunna are closed because of covid-19. the mask and cleaning materials are available at all places . The outdoor pool, kids pool and beach are open. The play ground is open for kids but just outdoor activity. We relaxed at the resort and our kids enjoyed a lot at the susesi. The last day we were very sad about leaving the hotel.we will back for sure.

There was no air con, sometimes the heating would come on and the room would be over 22 degrees- very uncomfortable. Kept the balcony door open day and night- not ideal. The reception staff weren’t great, especially arrivals team, very poor English. If you like to wonder out of the resort and are looking for culture, this is probably a little bit too far out of the way and taxis are super expensive. The beach was fine, but not beautiful.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, great mini bar, easy to access all parts of hotel, but be prepared to walk (15,000 steps a day) Service in restaurants was fantastic, very quick and couldn’t do enough for you. Good selection was great and drinks were fantastic! Make sure you get the map on day one!

We went in March and they did not make it clear it was off-season and that half the facilities were shut. Maybe this is our own naivety but to charge full price when half your a-la-carte restaurants are closed, pools closed, slides closed, it should be a reduced rate then really if the hotel is running reduced?

Rooms were good size, lovely grounds, direct access to the beach as well which was lovely. All the staff were really friendly and lots of different bars/spots to hang out in get coffee, fresh juice etc.

I was at the pool and i saw there was a mouse next to me at the pool , it was traumatizing. And then all the mattresses did not have cover mattress so our mattress was full of urine and smelled awful , we complained to cleaning lady she just came and turn the mattress !!!!! Trash can in the bathroom smelled bloody …… we paid so much money to stay in a clean and nice bed not to sleep in a mattress full of urine . That was nasty . I even write a note to the hotel they did not care and never replied to me

It's not close to a 5 star resort, staff don't speak English, food was bad, almost the same daily, and close to impossible to find a chair at the pool ...way overcrowded. Staff didn't explain about the programs or amenities, rude cafe team!!! They will try to rip you off at any chance, they charged me extra just because I used my AMEX card Towels are by card, they won't give you towels at the pool or beach, and they deduct if you forgot or misplaced the towel card. First time I see a 5 star resort where you have to pick your own towel back!!!! Disappointed!!!!

This is a 4 star hotel at best, but a very good 4 star one. Some staff are not necessarily the kindest and the value you receive for the money is not worth it. Lunch and dinner could have been much better, I was expecting (based on previous experiences) a whole lot of delicious Turkish food yet I’m sorry to say that my expectations were not met. I think they may be providing the food for their main customer demographic which may enjoy certain food(mostly stews) I really had higher expectations from this hotel. While we enjoyed our time with friends, if we are to travel to Belek again, we will go to another hotel.

Hotel is beautifully designed and you have a variety of different rooms and villas to choose from. Our room was very spacious and had a beautiful view and we were welcomed by a bottle of wine and Baklavas. Breakfast was amazing, good quality and a variety of different options. Pools are beautiful, clean and not crowded. Hotel is really clean (except for the washrooms near the pool). Some of the staff, specifically the restaurant staff are really kind and nice.

The food was not exceptional for this kind of hotel. Most nights there was a lot of the same stuff. Themed nights were just touched upon.

HORRIBLE and VERY SLOW WiFi - nowadays it is absolute MUST to have proper and fast Wifi coverage. This is BIG FAIL. Room service is inconsistent. Sometimes it fails to clean your room at all. Hotel is dated and undergoing some renovations Noise and technical staff related to the renovations Fire exist is blocked by mattresses Expensive water sports like JETCAR for 150USD per 15mins Hotel stores are selling FAKE Gucci/HERMES/KARL LAGERFELD handbags and clothes
