I travelled in the month of March, it was bit cold inside bathroom.

The Hotel location, ambience and staff. The rooms are exactly how they described, you get the feel of Nomad life. The staff are really nice, supportive and available round the clock, they help you out literally everything.

Little sand on the floor on some part but I think that was from the Cave overall was clean.

Great location in the centre of Goreme where you can easier walk to a peak to view the city but also to the main street with shops, restaurants and shisha. We were in the presidential Sultan suite which comes with a jacuzzi and hamam was amazing. Our stay includes breakfast too and at the roof terrace you get incredible of the town and the hot air balloon (you need to wake up and be there at 30mins before sunrise).

Lighting in the room could have been better

The receptionists were so hospitable and helpful during our stay. You can book all the excursions directly through the reception. The room was very nicely done, cozy and warm during winter stay. Breakfast had a big variety of food to choose from, and the food was very tasty. The hotel is located in the hearth of Goreme. Free parking is available in a street below the hotel

Just lack a little bit of fresh air. Maybe can install grill on the windows so that can open it all night with a peace of mind. Room 205.

It is very near from the Göreme Open Air Museum and other attractions, plus it's only 450m from the bus station. Very clean, many options of meals [all of them delicious] and comfortable rooms. Definitely coming back in a future!

We arrived late night but stuff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and located in convenient place. They have terracce where we can watch hot air baloons and sunset. We could not see the view of ballons due to the weather conditions but our stay was perfect.

There is no soundproofing in the room. It was very loud to hear all the neighbors and sounds from the street (for example, the minaret is also very close).

The location is excellent! The hotel has a cool authentic look, really interesting interiors and friendly staff. Wifi worked great all time we stayed.
