The hotel was gorgeous our view from our room was spectacular also the room was clean and spacious. We fell in love with the people there, the staff was so kind and helped us out when needed. Definitely recommend.The hotel was located in the caves of kapadokia stone built it was gorgeous. It was a beautiful place to stay with great staff, very kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast one us over. Would definitely go back and recommend for a romantic couple’s getaway.

Amazing place, amazing staff, ready to help at any situation. We were at cave room, outside was snow, but inside was very comfortable. You can order activities from reception. Our experience was nice. Hotel gave big parking area.

We have so many good things to say about this place. The place and all the staffs are AMAZING and this is the reason why we left goreme with happy and grateful hearts. We’ve been to many places and it is our first time visiting goreme but Secret Hill Cave Suite is beyond what we expected and experienced before. From the booking upto our check out they are all hands on. Ready to answer all our questions and requests. the rooms are clean, very spacious, warm and comfortable. Malik the Hotel manager surprised us with a room upgrade. Erdogan the night manager made sure that we have the airport transfer and even prepared our breakfast. We didn’t expect having our breakfast because we checked out at 7am and it usually starts at 8.30-10.30 but he prepared a breakfast for us. This place is a gem and all the people here at Secret Cave are treasures of goreme. They are all friendly, always smiling and very accomodating. If you are looking for a place to stay for your next trip going to Cappadocia this is the sign of booking Secret Hill Cave Suite. The place is also a 3min-walk to the town where you can find restaurants, cafe, souvenir shops, practically all you need. They also arranged everything for us from the transfer to the tours. We are hoping and praying to be back during Summer and we will definitely stay here again. To all the people working in Secret Hill Thank you so much for everything and we really do appreciate you all.

Modern and clean yet having an old ancient vibe. Stayed in one another hotel in Cappadocia and this is hands down the better one. Amenities and equipment within the room is modern and good. Great view of the town from the room and really enjoyed the good breakfast spread and the ambience at the breakfast dining area with a fire place and warm music.

Secret hill is located near to main town area. Place is well maintained. We were warm greeted by Malik, he upgraded our room to suite. Malik also guided us and booked hot air balloon and other activities. Malik also helped us put up fire in the room and that was most amazing moment for us. We recommend this hotel for those who want to have nice stay in Goreme.

I absolutely recommend this place! Location: The property is perfectly located — it’s central in Göreme so easy to walk around, but up a small hill so it is quiet and peaceful. Rooms: The rooms are beautiful and clean. The beds were also super comfortable! Our room had an attached seating area and an absolutely huge jacuzzi tub — really nice. There are also multiple patios to enjoy the beautiful views. Breakfast: AMAZING!! We looked forward to this every morning. Traditional Turkish breakfast with LOTS of options in a beautiful restaurant area. Overall: We hope to come back to visit in the summer time and this is absolutely the place we will stay! Staff: The people who work here really make the property special. They were so kind and available 24/7 to answer any questionsf. The property manager contacted us before we arrived to help us book any tours, which I thought was both convenient and thoughtful.

Some dogs in the street around the hotel made me a bit scared while I was going back to there in a evening, because they barked to me (i'm not a dog's fun) and also the heating in the room could've been a bit stronger. I don't know how it would be in February/March (high winter).

This is hotel is simply amazing. I don't know about other suite caves (there are lots of them in Goreme) but this exceeded my expectations. The hotel is picturesque, really well decorated, the room we stayed was espetacular (we got a room upgrade) with an amazing view to the mountains, an amazing bath and separated big shower area, free water, tee and coffee. The breakfast was also espetacular with plenty of options of local delicious food/breads/fruits. The staff is cordial and answered all my questions raised via Booking.com message and it's place just a few steps from Goreme "city center". I definitely recommend this hotel !

If we were being really picky, having larger dressing gowns in the room and different fruit at breakfast like pineapple/melon and a small fresh milk in the room fridge. Whilst it is developing, I hope it doesn’t get too big in the future as it’s a special place.

Loved the property- our bedroom was amazing. Great location and friendly staff Breakfast by Serdag was lovely- on the last day she made us our favourite before we left. There are plans for further developments and I think it will be stunning. We were lucky enough to see all the rooms as it was quiet during our stay and the attention to detail and concept is fantastic. Excellent value for money & I loved the hotels dogs, I think they should have their own cave room made in the bit where they stay 😂

24hour hotel desk service. Superb staff. I arrived past midnight and the staff waited for me to arrive safely. They facilitated tour and shuttle reservations to/from airport. Room is very spacious. Located in quite area and it’s few minutes walk to the center. Breakfast has good amount of selections.

Just a minor element: I requested separate twin beds but had instead a double bed and a rollaway bed of which matress was in poor condition, uncomfortable with cracking noises. Double bed was good though.

The feeling of being in Capadokya whenever I step out from the room thank to the beautiful front view and its surrounding backdrop.

The first surprise at the check-in - our room was upgraded. The owner said it is standard procedure when they have available rooms. Room was clean, internet was working perfectly and there was a bath and a shower. The patio at the roof was great - we had view at the Goreme. Breakfast was also great.
