Not a lot we didn't like to be honest but it was getting busier as we left so not sure if that would make a difference. I doubt it.

Such a great find so so happy with our stay at Samira Exclusive. The staff made it, they are so friendly and welcoming. Having an 11 month old it's a juggling act but the staff and guests were so accommodating and kind. The pool was perfect, nice and relaxing with a great bar and restaurant conveniently located. The food was great, typical Brit but the chips were amazing! Our daughter ate her weight in spaghetti bol. The location is perfect, be warned there are a lot of hills but you can't avoid them if you want to go into town.

Nothing actually but breakfast could be improved

Frankly speaking, everything. The staff were more than amazing. Everyone was so friendly and made my family and I feel home. There was Arkan especially who was so welcoming and felt like someone we knew for years. The only thing was breakfast, it was not that wow compared to the price otherwise not a single mistake at Samira. The location is more than wow, the comfort, cleanliness, everything was great.

The people! The staff were the most helpful and kind staff I’ve ever had on any holiday. They couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was clean, and modern, great location and serves delicious food!

The sunbeds were a wee bit cramped by the pool but they do the best with the space they have. Our personal preference is to have a bit more space. Also the hotel does not have a lift so if you have mobility issues you would need to make sure you got a ground floor room.

We liked the central location. A short walk and you are right in the centre of Kalkan's main tourist area with plenty shops, restaurants and bars. Meander further down the hill and you are quickly at the harbour. The cleaning staff were excellent. The small kitchenette had everything you needed to make a basic meal. We enjoyed having the extra space afforded by the sofa and TV area being separate to the bedroom. The bathroom was spacious and modern with a large walk-in shower. The wee balcony was nice to sit out on and watch the activity around the pool and bar area. We had a couple of small issues which were quickly resolved by the staff. We enjoyed our short stay.

There is absolutely nothing I would change. Perfect marks across the board.

This is a gem of a boutique hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well designed. Location is top notch and the staff are simply wonderful.

Pool area doesn’t seem big enough for the hotel. This was made worse by morons that put towels out for large groups and then didn’t use the beds until the afternoon. They would have a sun bed and one of the lounge beds. Really quite annoying

Beautiful suite which was perfect for our family with breathtaking views from the terrace. Lunchtime food was nice and the waiters were all very attentive.

My family and I stayed here for a week with my brother in law and his kids and my mother in law. It was our first time in Turkey and we all had the most amazing week and that was partly because of this hotel. The staff and service were brilliant. When they weren't in the pool the kids enjoyed playing table tennis and pool. The food was great too!! Thank you Erkan and your staff (especially Emrah, Mumin, Recep, Benjamin, Mevre, Aleyna, Zeki and Ehmet) for looking after us so well.

Wifi wasn't strong enough and kept throwing us out so had to keep re-signing in but often couldn't use as too weak......

Excellent location, right in the middle of town, yet very quiet and relaxing atmosphere in the hotel and grounds. Staff very welcoming, bar area and pool, beautifully kept....just was never enough! Felt the pool could have stayed open a little later - until 8pm instead of 7pm as very very hot when we were there so didn't go out in the sun until later in the day which would have been a lovely time to have been round the pool.

The staff was extremely friendly, they were the highlight as they helped with a lot, making sure our boat trip was ensured and reserved a place for us in the beach club. (Especially Erkan) Calm place close to the center with many restaurants nearby.

The wifi is very hit and miss so may cause issues for some people.-Also slight improvement would be full length mirror in the bedroom.

Fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Especially Mumin the pool/ bar manager .. very entertaining!! Nice restaurant and bar area and great location for old town and restaurants/ bars.

The hotel is modern, comfortable and very clean. The beach is 10 minutes away, but the road is winding, with ascents and descents, but this is a feature of the city. The hotel also has a clean pool, not big, but it was not crowded. There is everything you need around: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, currency exchange offices.

Upon check out, the reception team presented us with two bills, one for some water we'd allegedly taken from the fridge in our room (we hadn't) and one for some drinks we'd ordered (and paid for) from the poolside bar. Both issues were resolved, the latter only because I managed to find the card receipt. Keep track of your extras and be sure to keep receipts for any payments you make for drinks/snacks/meals as you go along.

The closeness of the sunbeds and they were not particularly comfortable. People claiming beds by 7.30am No full length mirror in room and no lights above mirrors.

Music a bit loud so you couldn’t relax on balcony and the pool closed at 7 although staff started tidying from 6.15 so you felt inclined to leave the area.. During the hot months perhaps the pool could be opened longer..

Location was perfect the accommodation was very comfortable.
