I booked a hotel room for my partner. After checking in, I needed to access his hotel room to get my belongings from his luggage. They came upstairs with us and waited in front of our hotel room for me with the door open. It was so rude, and I have never had an experience like that in my entire life. Also, the staff members were rude, and you don't feel welcomed. Additionally, the hotel rooms had carpet flooring, and they were very dirty. You could smell cigarette smoke throughout the building.

To be honest, the only aspects we appreciated were the availability of valet car parking and the hotel's location.

the food was bad and they were very cheap in quantity. car parking is an issue as it is very small. very bad room view ,there was nothing but a big wall in front of me.

Strategic place, the room is very large, the staff is friendly, the hotel is fragrant and clean, I highly recommend this hotel, I will definitely come back to stay here and invite my friends...

Every thing was bad, first the staff ,we requsted water at nighet and the hotel receptionist told us that nobody will deliver it to your room and you only get 2 botels in the morning, the bed was felthy ,and threre is no isolation in the room you can hear pepole talking from the other rooms..

The one thing that i liked in this hotel was chef ali in the morning breakfest ,he was helpful and a good person

Nothing that I could score this down for, everything was good from start to finish.

This is not my first stay, hence would like to say that the rooms always meet the standards and sometimes go beyond expectations. I would like to thank everybody in the receptions team as they made me feel welcome throughout the stay. Special thanks to Burak for going extra mile. All in all, would recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to this city. Will be coming back more.

This was our best hotel in Turkey! We are thankful to the entire team of Royal Thermal for making our stay amazing. We got an upgrade to a suite with a personal handwritten card congratulating us on our 6th anniversary along with a basket of fruits and cookies. It really made our anniversary month very special, and we loved every second of our stay. We want to say thank you to all the following Eren, Atuhun, Batuhan, Halim & a big thank you to Semin not just for the upgarde but also for all the tips on where to visit and where to eat :)

Reception manager is a very unfriendly person who doesn’t even smile, we didn’t like the view of our standard room which was literally a side rotten green wall, he was so unfriendly and he refused to change the rooms claiming that this is the view of the standard rooms and he has nothing to do about it, on the second day we wanted to order food so we called the room service and surprisingly they said that the chef is off on Sunday so they can only provide drinks!!!!!!!!

Nothing good about this property it was a very bad experience only the bellman Enes was the only friendly and smiling person in this hotel, the hotel has a negative vibes and the staff are so unfriendly and not helpful at all
