AC is the main problem in this hotel because you don’t have the control.. the reception has the control.. so I spoke to the manager about that he was very polite and understanding.. he promised me he would take care of this issue..

The internet was extremely poor and not secure, also the carpets were badly stained and needed cleaning - a real shame or this review would be a 10.

We had a fabulous stay here. The staff were fantastic. The facilities top notch. The hot thermal pool (free) was outstanding. Bathroom and room were huge and luxurious. If ever back in Bursa will stay again

We had to change rooms as the door wouldn’t lock after day 1, so we experienced in two hotel rooms that the showers/ shower heads need an update.

We really enjoyed the stay. The free sauna and Turkish bath were a big plus. In the evening we could go as a a couple and in the morning it was for women only. Breakfast had a wide range of options!

Suit room they gave us had broken window door and one of them was opened. Carpets are not clean and if you have allergy to dust, it may irritate your respiratory system. Cleaning service only cleans mirror of the bathroom. No cleaning for bath tub and toilet. There is no Spa service. It was only the thermal pool but it was not hygienic, you can see dead skin swimming on. Pool was smaller than it is shown on the images. It is open in specific timeframe and this causes the pool crowded. Smell of the steam room was horrible.

I can say that the breakfast was more than expected. If you love Turkish breakfast, it will satisfy you. Because there was availability, they upgraded our room from economy class to suit and we didnt pay anything extra. They have private parking area and vale service was free. Sauna and the shock bath were the most joyful part of the hotel. It is closer to Uludag. Although the district of the hotel was bad, it was closer to Uludag. Can be best spot for the people who would like to have amazing Turkish breakfast and go to Uludag.

The breakfast needs improvement.

The hotel is very good comparing to the deal I got, moreover I would like to thank the front desk for their support and help. I have asked once for plate and knives late at night and said that it will take 20 minutes, but due to their help with thanks it took less than 5 minutes. I don’t wanna forget the ladies who tide up the rooms for their excellent work. The check in was smooth, the upgraded room was just what I needed. Thank you

There are low doorways in the wellnes part and the floor is very slippery. It is quite dangerous. Wifi is slow, It could be much better.

The breakfast is good, with many different vegetables, cheese, bakeries and fruits. Still I was missing more kind of cold cuts. Room and bathroom is nice and spacious. Roof top bar is also very nice.

Improve the house cleaning services. Also improve the cleaness of the tawlet..and if the floor is for non smoking you should not put guest whi smoke in non smoke floor.

The room we booked was pretty small compared to other rooms that I have booked in the past with other hotels, but nothing too bothering. The shower was big enough, even though I'd suggest a little bit more attention while cleaning (we found some hair attached to the walls of the shower box).

The staff was very polite and always available for any info or issue, and the offered services were quite right for the price we paid. We slept well, we ate well. The stay was overall very pleasant.

Nice hotel close to sights. There is an excellent restaurant on the top level with an amazing view to the valley. Staff was helpful and attentive.

They should revisit the adapter policy

My stay at the Royal Termal Hotel was a delightful experience, marked by the attentive and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure guests felt at home. The hotel's generosity was evident in the complimentary valet parking and the free access to the serene spa, complete with a hamam and a warm, inviting pool. The culinary journey began each morning with an exceptional breakfast, offering a wide variety of delicious choices that catered to all tastes. The ambiance of dining was matched by the quality and diversity of the food, making each breakfast an experience to look forward to. However, a peculiar situation arose when I needed a UK electric adapter. The hotel, the lady to my surprise refused to provide it, priced the adapter at 100 Turkish Lira and insisted on a cash-only purchase, which was inconvenient and unexpected. The refusal to charge it to my room was a bit of a letdown, especially since I was not carrying local currency immediately after my arrival. It was a momentary frustration that stood out in an otherwise impeccable stay. Thankfully, 2 minutes drive away at a nearby market I bought the adapter for 1 euro, which was a relief. The room itself was a sanctuary of space and cleanliness, offering a tranquil environment to unwind after a day of exploration. Despite the initial annoyance over the adapter, the three nights spent at the hotel were enveloped in comfort and luxury. I would recommend the Royal Termal Hotel for anyone seeking a stay that promises and delivers excellence, with a small note to carry some Turkish Lira for any unexpected necessities.
