The rooms were just a little too small and the entry to the rooms was using an old school key. This was a little annoying but not enough to turn me off.

Only thing I didn’t like about the area is the street dogs and the old roads with a lot of carbage. It is a shame, that the government don’t take good care of the areas.

Very comfortable hotel close to the beach. Friendly staff who helped us with what we needed. Food was delicious from their restaurant, who is placed on the beach. I appreciate so much, that we could have our dogs with us. And even when it was raining the restaurant put out a table for us with a big umbrella. We had tea with the owner of the hotel, thank you so much for your warm hospitality.

Rooms are too small for more less long staying. Anyway for 1-2 nights it's good option.

Friendly host - felt the smoke in the room and provided another one to us; good breakfast, clean room. Restaurant on the beach is good and tasty.

Fridge smelt bad and wasn't very effective at cooling. No lift so difficult if you have lots of luggage like us. Initial confusion about the price we had to pay and cash initially requested (but allowed card payment per our booking info in the end). Parking was a bit challenging. No fresh coffee, just instant available. One very small towel and a standard size towel plus a hand towel was in our room for 2.

Great staff and owner that make you feel very welcome. Staff helped carry our luggage upstairs. Great location near everything. Water tap to wash feet at front of hotel to get sand off of feet. Good breakfast buffet. Popular hotel possibly fully booked. Comfortable bed. Aircon worked well. Good view from the balcony and a washing line on balcony with pegs to dry swimming clothes and towel. Good restaurant on the see-front called Rain Garden that partners with the hotel - great service there too. Owner helped us out with another parking spot by the Rain Garden restaurant to free up the road outside the hotel.

We had to park our car in another hotel which was 50-100 metres away. Not a big deal, just thought of mentioning it.

Very close to the beach, room was clean and neat, good Turkish breakfast with a free omelette (usually other hotels charge 50TL) Room cost was 1000TL which was a bit out of budget for us, but this was one of the few hotels available on Booking.com, but I'm glad I booked this. The owner was very kind, he offered us a free upgrade in his other hotel with a Seaview. We were too tired so we didn't take the upgrade. He even offered a free Turkish Coffee, he wanted us to try it.

The hotel has 2 buildings. We stayed in the Rain Garden hotel, it is near the beach. The room was great, we especially liked the balcony.

Very nice located hotel, not too busy with tourists, but very close to the sea. Very freindly staff, big choice in the breakfast for the size of the hotel, even nice filter kahve. The hotel is having a beach bar aswell were we had dinner. Good prices, nice quality and good view on the beach including a castle in the water. PArking we did on the street right in front of the hotel, but the hotel is also having a private parking. Clean room!

In the offer, the room appears to be 25 square meters, but in reality it is 12 square meters. The room has no mosquito net, it was full of mosquitoes and I couldn't sleep because of the bites.

The manager charged a rather unfavorable TRY/EUR exchange rate (using the ask rate, which is worse than the official rate). This resulted in the payment being higher than the price listed on booking.com. So calculate an extra payment of a few percent.

I had a problem with internet during the stay. Neither in the evening, nor morning did it work. I asked the staff to help, but they couldn't do much. Considering the price is not cheap for a small city and basic family run hotel -- the internet should work perfect. Also, I asked the reception to call a taxi - he said they are all busy. He showed me the road where to catch one, but i was unable to find a taxi there. This issue needs to be addressed.

The hotel is well located - near the beach and restaurants. Comfortable beds and helpful staff. Basic breakfast.
