The breakfast on the rooftop with the vistas and views (a 240 degree) of the castle and seaside was an absolute treat. The staff were very attentive, any questions and issues were resolved immediately.

I booked a deluxe room for two nights and was a bit disappointed when I saw my room, which didn't look like the pictures at all, was small and dark, wasn't very clean (very dusty), or comfortable (there was no door or cabin around the shower, there wasn't even a shower head holder...). But I checked in late and I was tired so I didn't say anything. The next day, I decided to complain at the reception because on top of all of this, I didn't have any hot water. They changed my room and gave me one that looked more like a deluxe room and like the pictures for the second night - but I still didn't have hot water. The breakfast is also a bit disappointing (just boiled eggs, bread, and salad).

there is mold and mildew in the bathrooms which is my biggest complaint. You can smell it and it was not pleasant. My daughter refused to take shower. There was mold in the first room we got. It was supposed to be non-smoking room, so they changed for us. The smoke smell was better, but there was even more black mold in the bathroom. We were tired of changing rooms, so we just stayed. On the last day, after we checked out, I asked to use the lobby toilet. They didn't have one, so he opened another guest room for me to use. It also had mold. There is very little air ventilation in the bathrooms, which is the cause of this. It's unfortunate, bc it would be a very nice cute boutique hotel. Perhaps there are some rooms that don't have it, but not the ones I saw. In our room, which was a double, they only supplied us with one blanket. It is middle of winter. The beds only had thin blankets. There was a thicker blanket in the closet. We had to ask for another. I don't know why they only had one blanket. In the bathroom, there are absolutely no towel hooks. So we couldn't put our towels or clothes to hang anywhere. The shower area was very small with no door, so water splashed everywhere on the floor. No water kettle or teas or complimentary water in the room - but you can go to the lobby to get it 24 hours. But I wish they had it in the rooms also. the TV remote had some buttons that did not work, so we could not view every channel.

the location was great. walking distance to most things in the city centre. it is in the old city centre side, so great views, just 100m from the beach. the staff was friendly, Ömer, helped us with lots of things and helped me with my requests. great value for the price. very close to Şok and Migros Jet, if you want to get snacks. Convenient gate to walk out to the beach when the gate was unlocked. Unlimited tea, instant coffee, and water in the lobby.

Everything was broken or in a bad condition. The staff were not very helpful or friendly. We had to leave at 05h00 in the morning and the resection told us we could have a packed breakfast. Then the next morning they refused to give it to us. We did not even got a coffee.

Where do I start? The staff were totally disinterested when I arrived - on the phone when showing me to my room. No signage in the hotel, lobby lights not working. I didn't notice at first, but the plaster in the shower had fallen off the roof due to mould, there was a danger of falling through the floorboards and the window lock was broken. View of the car park. I complained the next day, they didn't quibble and gave me a better room one floor above. Window lock also broken, some mould on the wall. But they never should have given me that first room - 50 euros a night for a doss house. The hotel's owned by a big chain and they obviously don't care.

Hotel was a building site. Steep, unlit stairs, badly fitted handrails, plaster strewn steps and courtyard. First night access to room was over planks. Quality of accommodation was not 'deluxe' - gaps in parquet flooring, no wardrobe, little drawer space, peeling plaster, missing light bulbs, dodgy wiring, skirting boards and architrave not fitted properly, worktops cut short, stuffing visible on chairs, kettle but no cups or spoons, noisy fridge, no mini bar, one single size bedspread for a double bed - no extra coverings or pillows. Had to request room cleaning. Room wi-fi unreliable. Breakfast was poor - self-service at the beginning of our stay and pre-plated at the end, tiny paper cups for drinks, builders eating breakfast with guests, birds nesting over tables. Lighting in reception looked to be a fire hazard. No toilets in reception or at the terrace. The hotel did not match the description and facilities as advertised on the website. No airport transfers, no food (other than breakfast), no bar. No facilities to change when waiting for airport transfers - had to use the sink in the corner of open reception. I have photographs to support my review if they are required.

Everything was absolutely wrong in this hotel. At the time of booking I was told that I will have a Deluxe double room with a terrace and a sea view and that the hotel has access to the private beach. My "Deluxe" room turned out to be dark and small with a little balcony with Inner yard view. There wasn't any beach access so I had to use the public beach at the Bodrum Port. On top of everything they never cleaned my room, never changed my bed linen or towels. I had to buy some detergent to scrub the floor and the wall in the shower. I had to wash my towels and to steel clean the bed linen from the closet . My double bed was made of two single beds which weren't even attached to each other. I had to separate them because I was afraid to fall in between them. The sealing in my shower finally collapsed. When I asked the manager to change my room to a better one she simply answered that there are no better rooms available. My 21st day staying in this hotel was a nightmare. In my opinion booking.com should check out the properties before putting them on the website.

This is a disaster! The only available room had broken locks (the door could not lock), so we had to find another hotel in the area. The bathroom was dirty: ash from sigaretts on the walls. The room smelled like someone just smoked in there before our arrival.

Garbage in the hall right outside my door when I woke up. And animals had gotten into it overnight. Not nice!
