Probably the hairdryer was a bit old, but not much of a big thing.

Everything, from booking transportation, the staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel was clean and rooms are cleaned everyday. The hotel has it’s own private beach as well and pool. All inclusive, so basically I didn’t spend anything during my whole stay, except for the massage that I booked which I absolutely love!!

For me, the beds were a little hard and the pillows a little flat, but these items are very much personal choice and no hotel can please everyone all the time.

This hotel is smaller than the ones we normally go to in Lara but the selection of food was beyond our expectations, cooked very well and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We met a 87 year old lady who had been going there multiple times a year for over 15 years , first with her husband and since he died, on her own. How the staff treated her was beyond imagination, they were wonderful to her and it was a pleasure to see. If you go and need any help or assistance, Mert , guest relations, was very helpful, pleasant and speaks excellent English.

Nothing! My only tiny suggestion is to put signs on the buffet food (Like a "V" for vegetarian) Usually it's obvious but occasionally I wasn't sure!

Especially as a solo traveller, this place was perfect largely down to the great staff. The fabulous Aya and Mert for customer relations, and Hakim, Milena and Sami as the brilliant entertainment team. A super friendly bunch of people who make your stay really fun! Lovely pool and beach area. Friendly cleaning staff who kept the room perfect. For what you pay the food is great too, plenty of options for all dietry requirements.

They have a rule that you can't reserve sun beds that they are not enforcing at all :) Everyone is reserving the sunbeds in the morning and leaving the towels all day, even though most of them only stay 1h-2h throughout the day. This was observed buy us an all days we stayed there. I wrote to them multiple times without resolve. Other then that everything was fine

Two things that could use improvement. One is the hotel needs a bit of refurbishment because the lobby seems a bit outdated and the restaurant as well. Second I think the food in the restaurant focused more on quantity rather than quality. The prices in Turkey in general are very high and we expected a little bit more on that side based on what we paid.

We had a good time and were very happy when they decided to upgrade us to a suite. The view was amazing. The room was clean the pool as well. Stuff was very kind and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We had an issue with the window and they fixed it immediately. We extend our thanks to Mert who was very kind and helpful. All in all the hotel is good.

From the moment I arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was remarkable. The food was delicious and diverse selection every day, catering to all tastes. What stood out the most, though, was the guest relations team. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible, constantly checking in to see if there was anything I needed. Also, the whole team is great. One day I forgot suncreams and oils at the beach and the guy who maintanence the beach, save it for me. A lovely surprise was free boat trip offered by hotel which was amazing experience. In short, this hotel offers an exceptional stay, with top-notch service, excellent food, and thoughtful amenities. I can't recommend it highly enough!

We encountered some small problems, but thanks to the GR staff, especially Mert, all our requests were fulfilled and our honeymoon went wonderfully.

An unforgettable stay, fine and sophisticated food, professional staff, fine location, cool beach, large pool, fine activities throughout the day, spacious rooms. We will definitely come back!

Food, it was every day chicken, fish and same every day. There was no sea food ( except fish ) one day mexican food ( but again everything with chicken) and one day turkish food and again same everything with chicken. Every day same food for all incl. Desserts good for looking, awful for eathing. And everything was cooked on the same way day after day, there was no changing even with the sauce or decoration. 6 days eathing same food. For all incl, towels changing once per day. Cleaning in room towels only once per stay. No late checkin or checkout ( even to pay ). No safe box when you check out. Beach is not so good. No towels for sauna/hammam, u need to take same towels from beach. Air conditioning in lobby and restorants not so good, it was hot.

The AC needs improvement for the top floors. The plumbing must be checked and fixed more often.

Everything was perfect for our family. We have been upgraded to a better room for free, the food was overwhelming and very good quality. The cleaning of the room was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities are the best they could be.
