We selected Porto Bello 10 years ago we could not have made a better decision than this, ever since. The property was beautiful as expected, but what astonished us the most was the level of dedication and kindness that was show to us, year by year. The best and the most remarkable, rather outstanding part was the management and reception. Extremely beautiful property, but what made this experience better than any other hotel we’ve been to is how the staff went over and beyond in accommodating and catering to every need and ask. A gorgeous, comfortable room with a lot of bed space. The room was immaculately presented, cleaned every day to a high standard.The pool area is lovely and relaxed. Sunbeds were always available no matter what time of the day. Towels also provided on presentation of towel cards. We could not fault customer service at all. The staff work incredibly hard to ensure this is truly a 5 star experience. Topping drinks up when at meals, water and anything else you require. Make you feel like you aren’t just a number in this hotel and truly cared about. A special thanks goes to the General Manager Mehmet Mengilli, receptionist Ur and lady working with him, Volkan, beach waiter Osman and all waitress ladies, and especially cleaning ladies. See you again in October.

Both the rooms and washroom were small in size, the swimming pool was not accessible after 6pm and we were not informed earlier on about the complimentary free t-shirt provided and thus were unable to receive it in time.

The staff were very warm and welcoming, accommodating to all our needs. There was a wonderful spread at the restaurant for each meal, and a lot of fun activities throughout the day like dance performances and water activities in the swimming pool!

The issue with the excursions was a problem, but I am not sure if that is the hotels fault. If going again, i would properly research excursions, where you attend and how long you spend at each place.

A really lovely hotel. The location is really beautiful. We travelled as a family of five, and the rooms were excellent. The hotel gave us rooms next to each other. They had really stunning views and I would really recommend a morning run along the sea front - its right by the mountains. The rooms were spacious, and the cleaners were very prompt. We had not been to an all inclusive hotel before - there was a large variety of food. We were very much converted to all inclusive in the future. The hotel facilitate good excursions. They are slightly more expensive than if you book online yourself. In one of our excursions, we were taken to places where the tour guides had obviously been paid to take us - for example, when seeing the water falls we were taken to a leather shop in the middle of no where. I don't think it was the hotels fault, and I am sure its common with many tours/excursions in Turkey - but you might want to watch out for that.

Maybe organized small bus transport at a certain time for guests to the center and back, as some hotels have, because the hotel is not in the center and the bus station is not close.

The hotel was excellent. The service, variety of food, comfort room, maybe small balcony, but view and size od room are wonderful. Reception desk staff were so kind, all of them. Content of hotel and animation are very good . Special praise for the friendly animation /entertainment team and especially Samir who carries the spirit of the team with the level of culture and attention to guests, with a smile and sincerity. The beach is close and wonderful as beach bar and kind staff.. All praises, except that the night club of the hotel was not working like a disco. Spa and sauna, gym are excellent. Thank's to all hotel staff from welcome man who take care of bag, reception boys, cleaning room ladies, restaurant lady who make omlet with smile, man who preparing fish, to the lady on the beach bar making galettes and so many other who are kind till the the end of vacation. Kids area (indoor and outdoor) could do with a revamp as quite old and kids activities were not as advertised (face painting, biscuit making etc). The DJ by the pool often played music that was so loud my Apple Watch issued a hearing loss warning and we had to ask him to change the song as the lyrics often contained swear words, sometimes right after the mini disco when there were many children around.

One thing that really bugged me was the situation with the AC in the lobby and the restaurant. Frankly, there was none, and half of the days. it was rather uncomfortable in both. We were there at the end of May, and i can only imagine what a steamroom it is in July or August.

Ended up liking our stay quite a bit. The food is good: nothing to call home about, but you'll find some options you like & would not get bored (we stayed 10 days). The beach and the pool are nice and were never crowded. The rooms are good: a bit too small to my liking (especially, with a toddler), but manageable. The location was great for us: easy access to cafes and, most importantly, supermarkets (as we needed to buy a bunch of food and stuff for the kid). Ovevrall, i think this is a great option for someone who wants or needs a hotel in the city (like us). We would come back here. If you are planning to stay inside the resort the whole time, i would have consider some options outside of antalya, as you'll likely get more bang for your buck.

Rooms could do with a bit of renovation

Just spent a week at this hotel. The location is great, beach is just across the road. We were a bit unlucky with the weather, the waves were really big so mostly spent our time at the pool. The food is great, the rooms are decent sized, could use a bit of renovation. We barely spent any time there anyway, so no big deal. The animation team is doing a great work, Sami is amazing in his job.

Internet connection is pretty unstable at times, providing very poor speeds – sometimes websites stop loading altogether. Sound isolation on rooms is poor: you can distinctly hear what your neighbors are saying when standing in the bathroom. Turned on TV in an adjacent room can be loud enough to interrupt your sleep. Bathrooms need some renovation here and there.

Amazing food! Super-delicious, available almost 24/7, the best I’ve ever had in hotels. The hotel location is nice, in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Rooms are clean and quiet. The beach is available through an underground tunnel in 50m or so. Staff is very polite and nice.

Our flight arrived late and we were greater so well by reception. We even had snacks still available around 1am which was amazing because we were hungry. The place is beautiful, has amazing stuff and facilities. We enjoyed the sona and the in door pool. We appreciated the beach being so close to the hotel. We also loved the entertainment. It was my birthday on the 13th of May and the team had cake brought up in our room which was really amazing and considerate. Also the stuff did always give us snakes and wine in our room which was amazing! I would definitely be visiting again!

YESSSS !!!! Because literally where to start? I just want to go back already. :D Everything from beginning to the end, was perfect. I’ll try to sum up everything that I loved about Porto Bello! First, let me say thank you, big thank you to the hotel staff who’s kind and professional, all of them. They work hard and they make time for you. Abdullah, thank you for your kindness. Baris, thank you as well for all the laugh!!! We loved the activities we booked at your desk, especially rafting. At the entry, you’re welcomed with chubby sweets and drinks (lemon/mint and I can’t remember the other one, but lemon/mint drink tastes so good, please don’t be shy and help yourself). Then, the staff takes care of your luggage, directly taken to your room. Afterwards… well basically just ENJOY YOUR STAY. Porto Bello Hotel has everything you need (a shop, spa, hamam, giant pool, inner pool, gym, hair salon…) The food was really good and tasty, especially the grilled fish like salmon. It was diverse too (many types of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, many many Turkish specialities. Fruits were amazing, tangerines (so sweet and good) melon, oranges, grapefruit (so good), watermelon... Breakfast had delicious pancakes and honey straight from the beehive. Hot chocolate too, many types of eggs, fruits... Bread is so good. The beach is 30 seconds walk, very clean and clear water, free comfy sun beds, with the tunnel underneath the hotel. Just grab your towel from the little counter before you enter the tunnel and you're good to go. Oh, and the animations at night after diner were all entertaining. Especially the Freddie Mercury one, I loved the songs so much. I can only recommend you to choose Porto Bello Hotel, please do yourself a favor and visit this hotel, don't hesite. You’ll be so happy that you did.

The room was incredible, and I actually spent most of my time in the room to be honest because it was so comfortable and great to work from. The pool area was also wonderful, and each aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very helpful, kind and attentive. All the meals were above-and-beyond in terms of quality and choice. The location is also excellent, particularly if you want to spend time on Konyaalti Beach. I will definitely be returning when I visit Antalya again.
