In the evening it was extremely loud due to the neighboring hotels and the busy shopping street, but this is normal in such a place. The staff on the beach and at the cafe could be a bit friendlier. We were mostly ignored and had to wait a very long time to place an order.

The hotel is top! You are only a few steps away from the hotel's own beach. The hotel staff are very friendly and courteous and were always very competent when we had questions. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. The room was great and clean! I can only recommend the hotel!

The unit was not properly clean when I have checked in. Room was out of soap of shampoo even. The toilet ceramic with stains, no even a bottle of water. No good quality coffee and juice for the breakfast, I need to pay additionally.

The bedding and mattress were really old and the bed was tilted which made the sleeping experience crappy. They also charged for beach towel rental which I thought was odd

Room was next to the beach club and it was too loud. We asked for the more quiet room on the first night and the guy said that they will give us the new room in the morning. They never gave us the new room in the morning, because every room is the same as they said. Breakfast was good but never fully ready from 7:30 am when the breakfast starts.

The floor over the beachfront bar is not really in use, maybe the hotel can arrange a lounge here or something else, since the view here is really nice. The cleaning cars have been on the floors all day long, maybe the cleaning staff can park them in a separate area after cleaning. The airconditioning should be cleaned once in a while, the filter has been a bit dusty and it was quiete old. Some of the receptionists can be a bit more service orientated, since we need to say something until they reacted to us.

We booked the sea view room on the left side, looking to the beach in the second level. Normally our room was up for a maintenance, but the manager shifted this maintenance so that we were able to use this room. The overall condition of the hotel is modern, since it has been renovated not long ago. The bar in the beachfront is clean, well organised and serve delicious food and cocktails. The breakfast is also served at the beachfront bar/restaruant. The pool in the court of the hotel was clean all the time and the water has been quite cool even with 34°C outside temperature. The manager Banu has been nice and friendly to us, we had a personal chat with her, greetings to you from Kim and Nicolai :-)

We didnt liked the staff there...Almost no one is speaking english...Its very hard to order cleaning of the room or something since they act like they understand you but they dont understand english....I ended up with google translate when I want something....It takes so long to get the room service...Looks like the workers are not motivated to work...Only one person was super nice and friendly with very good english and that was Selim- the waiter on the beach....Thanks to him

right next to the hotel is a certainly lovely, but very noisy restaurant with entertainement, loud music is played all around the day and till late at night, you hear "boom, boom" noise all the time; our (first) room was overlooking it and it was just impossible to sleep, even with closed windows; "luckily" for us, the city of Alanya doesn't allow any loud music in a public place after 1am; so, not recommended to elderly people or families with small kids; be equipped with earplugs!!! private parties are organized in the hotel, clients have to leave the private beach in the afternoon and have to endure loud music and nuisance (our room door was vibrating!) right in the hotel until 1am front desk staff is friendly, but doesn't speak enough English, communication is difficult restaurant and beach staff could be far friendlier there was a clear misunderstanding regarding the room we had booked; we thought having booked a sea front room, but actually we got a lateral one with side view; pictures on booking.com are not correct; after complaining, we were "upgraded" to the room corresponding to the picture, a lovely spacious room direct in front of the sea and with 2 balconies; unfortunately there are only 4 of these rooms the hotel is for adults only, but there were a few kids on the beach...

Hotel of a pleasant small size with an interesting architecture and design and tasty furniture; right on the clean, private beach and clean sea; enough deckchairs for everybody, no hurry to get one; nice breakfast buffet with tasty fruits and lovely yougurth, but far too little choice of "continental breakfast" (bread, cereals, jam, honey, butter); friendly front desk manager, speaking fluently English and trying her best to arrange us; rooms are nicely furnished, clean and with possibility to boil water for free coffee/tea

internet terrible - I booked double bedroom but they gave me 2 single beds and put the beds together with two mattress!! not one large double mattress!! - by check-in they give the room based on availability not the room you have chosen! all photos are same but did not match the rooms!! - one day my room was not cleaned!!

Rooms are not like in the picture and can be noisy (by the club or by noisy ventilation system). I had to change 4 rooms and give up to the sea view. I booked a superior double room but I've got a standard one with 2 single beds that we had to push together. Also the air conditioning had issues on the first night as the remote was wrong and without batteries. In general the staff was helpful but they should be more careful with their guests bookings. Be prepared that your booking details might not be exactly matching with what you'll get.
